The Orthodontic Practice

The orthodontist was very understanding of my son, who has additional needs, but I felt they needed to be a little more patient with him at times. This was the first consultation; he has to wait about a year before his teeth are ready to receive treatment, so unable to comment on this, but the next steps were explained clearly. One of the staff explained proper tooth brushing very clearly, which my son is now doing happily; he enjoyed telling his siblings how to do it.

Horrible service I may be the only one out of there many reviews but I received nothing but horrible service with sneaky assistant telling Othodontic we had X-rays from different orthodontist after that they saw red refusing correct service. Had several assistants confronting and fake darling darlings on the phone absolutely awful and revolting bunch, Sums up this bunch in there response, confidentiality isn’t the priority for this practice it should be investigated but NHS is such scrutiny vile creatures as these pass through the cracks.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish the ladies are lovely and have made us feel very welcome on every visit I would highly recommend 5 *********

Disgusting staff and disgusting orthodontics. Absolutely no confidently running around like headless chickens . Unhygienic place and staff . Shouting staff cheap behaviour. Awful place lack of service and rude staff. Please avoid if can . The man shouting seriously you look awful screaming at patients .

Dr Patel did an amazing job on our daughter's teeth. We were deeply impressed by his thorough approach and he couldn't have been more patient or informative when we had numerous questions. All the other staff at the practice were really helpful too. Thank you so much!

The team were fantastic with my daughter who has SEN and developmental delay. They were reassuring, calming and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend.

Really lovely experience for my son. Everyone was friendly and polite. All the staff treated him respectfully as a 16 yr old young man. Dr Patel was excellent and very thorough. He was open and honest and explained everything well without being patronising - it seems like a rarity these days with senior medical professionals! We’re awaiting a referral to RDH as my son’s problem potentially needs medical intervention. We both appreciated that he was looking out for my son’s health and best interest rather than trying to just make money, like a couple of other places we know of. That honesty and the treatment of us from all the staff - means we both have absolutely no hesitation in recommending - and trusting Dr Patel and his wonderful team of colleagues. Thanks to all, these are people who care about their patients - and their outcome.
