Crowborough Gentle Dental

All i can say is what an amazing experience i had today. I have severe dental phobia and i break down before even opening the door. I got to See Raj today and his assistant Micha (not sure how to spell). All i can say is thankyou so much. You were so kind, compassionate, gentle and understanding. You spoke me through everything. When i needed more anastetic i only had to raise a hand. I wasnt judged for being so emotional. And i safely and calmly had my tooth removed. Also a special thanks to Julie on reception who i dealt with from the off. She made me feel ok for being so emotional and gave me advice. Thankyou all so much.

My regular hygienist wasn't available on the dates I needed, so I booked an appointment with Gentle Dental instead. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst dental experience I've had. I'm a 50 year old man and have had countless dental and hygienist appointments over the years, but I've never experienced such pain during a treatment, or the ongoing discomfort that followed afterwards. The procedure felt extremely aggressive, and my teeth have genuinely never felt the same since. What makes this even more frustrating is that afterwards my wife told me she had visited previously and experienced something very similar, to the point that she left her appointment early. I only wish she'd mentioned it before I booked. I had intended to leave a review sooner, but only remembered after receiving a text reminder inviting me to book another hygienist appointment. For me, that will be a firm no thank you. Based on my experience, I would not return and would not recommend it to others.

I had to book an emergency appointment and was seen by Shri. He was very good and booked me back in to have an extraction in 2 days. The whole process was very professional and he put me at ease all the way through. I felt comfortable through the appointment and would definitely recommend.

The most honest and professional dentist I have seen in years. Needed emergency treatment and they were brilliant from reception to nurse and the dentist. Based miles from me, but I don’t care I will be going back.

I recently had an excellent experience at my dental clinic. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The dentist explained each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered precise, high-quality work and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone seeking expert care and outstanding results.

10/10 recommend them for their Invisalign treatments. From the start with Julie the receptionist to the Invisalign treatment with Shreyas and Estela, they were fantastic! They have always been available for any queries and ensured there were no unexpected surprises, especially when it came to costs - the price quoted was the price I paid which was excellent value for money. Outstanding quality of care from Raaj and his team. I needed to find a new dentist for my mum, who has Dementia and Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN). My first impressions on the phone were really good, the reception team reassured me that my mum would be well looked after. My mum has been experiencing terrible TN pain recently, and I needed to rule out dental issues being the trigger. During the check up Raaj was fantastic, he has a lovely bedside manner and his attention was 100% focused on helping us. He gave us detailed analysis of Mum's dental status, including radiograph interpretations and on top of that provided professional insights into Mum's TN, along with a referral to the hospital. We felt important and cared for. I cannot be more thankful. And forgive me if I didn't quite catch your name, but Raaj's assistant ?Michelle?, was also lovely and kind with me and my mum.
