My faith in dentistry has truly been restored. After having a bad experience with dentists years ago, I was understandably nervous, but from the moment I arrived, the reception and dental staff made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Alex was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he check my 1-year-old son’s teeth, but he also helped ease the anxiety I’ve carried for years about visiting the dentist. He was friendly, professional, informative, and incredibly reassuring. He was amazing with my son too, especially as it was his first dental visit. Thank you for restoring my confidence in dentistry. I genuinely can’t recommend you highly enough!
I have just taken my son to Crowborough dental clinic and cannot recommend them enough. My son is very nervous and anxious of anything medical. Alex was really calm with my son and gave him time and space. He explained gently what would happen, my son left smiling and said how easy it was. When I mentioned that we'll be going back to see him for future check ups he was really positive and happy. Something that he has never expressed in the past. Thank you Alex.
