Dental Smiles Flagstaff

I first met Katy over a year ago with an emergency situation where she made me feel comfortable and reassured me. Since then, my husband and I signed up to have Katy as our dentist and we’ve both received excellent care and treatment. She is so professional, friendly and caring, taking time and not rushing us, talking through any dental work that needed to be completed and discussing solutions. For someone who has never been a fan of going to the dentist, Katy has changed this for me, and I’m happy to attend when required for check ups. I’d recommend to anyone 🙂

I went to flagstaffs, just from looking on Google. It was an emergency, and they managed to book me in the next day. Easy to get to. Parking. Light, clean and airy. Reception friendly and efficient. Offer of a drink. Short wait. Dentist (Dr Harry Hylton), was great. Friendly, efficient. He clearly advised me on treatment, and any alternatives. Once I had decided, I was told the price. He was very clear for present and future treatments, without pressure! Both him and his dental nurse were really reassuring and friendly. An almost pleasant, (it is a dentist), experience. I highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant dentist. All so friendly and understanding of nervous patients too. From the receptionists to the dentists to the hygienist to the lady that helped me sort a finance plan to afford my treatment plan they have all been so lovely. After being super nervous and not going to a dentist for about 15 years I am glad to find a practice that makes me comfortable and I can trust too. Highly recommend them.

Katy and her team have been truly amazing! I cannot recommend these guys enough! I used to dread the dentist but their friendly team and Dr K Sharp are incredibly professional and caring. Katy explained everything clearly and kept me at ease throughout my treatment. I always recommend them to friends and family for their dental treatment!

I have had extensive work done at this practice over the last year or so. Options were fully discussed and a fully costed, detailed plan was put in place at the beginning, which was revisited throughout. All the staff I have interacted with have been approachable, professional and highly skilled, always explaining procedures before going ahead and offering alternatives where possible. I am extremely happy with the final results and have no hesitation in recommending Dental Smiles Flagstaff.

Without exaggeration, this is the best dentist in Essex. Katy and her team are absolutely fantastic. Whether it’s Invisalign or a routine check-up, the level of care and professionalism is consistently top tier. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

A fantastic dental practice! Staff are fantastic. I had troublesome and uncomfortable wisdom tooth pain in dire need of an extraction. Katy and her staff were excellent, welcoming, very knowledgeable, professional at put me at complete ease. Despite my first visit being an emergency consultation, the tooth was extracted at the same visit and post treatment the healing is going well. 5 star service!!!
