I recently contacted the practice to enquire about becoming a patient and was helped by Meg on reception. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and make the process straightforward and stress-free. Meg’s excellent customer service made a fantastic first impression, and she is a real credit to the practice. Thank you for all your help, will definitely be registering!

Excellent service by Katie Brooks at the Chippenham dental surgery. She was so thorough. I don’t think my teeth and gums have ever received such a fantastic clean. Her care, time and advice let alone the treatment was brilliant.

The hygienist explained to me the new NICE advice relating to people like me with a leaking heart valve. She explained that I need to take antibiotics before having treatment so the appointment was put back until next week.A real professional service

We had to move to this Dentist to gain an emergency appointment but our experience as a family has completely justified the move. Polite and helpful Reception Staff, kind and caring Dentist and prompt appointments! Well done and thank you.

Kim is always so approachable, friendly and truthful to me when I am in the chair. She is gentle when doing procedures and always explains everything as she goes. Highly recommend 😀

Some difficulties getting appointments in term time, but the dentists themselves are excellent, secretaries are friendly and helpful and the practice now has NHS places for kids!

Kathryn is always friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I don’t dread trips to the dentist now!
