About time, after several years, that I publicly acknowledge the excellence of this practice. Every visit has been successful at least inconvenience with least discomfort snd excellent diagnosis and follow up. Add to that very professional and personable behaviour. Highly recommended.
I’m a very nervous patient and suffer from anxiety whenever I visit the dentist but my dental nurse Emily is a calming influence and always looks after me. Keep doing what you do Emily I’d be a nervous wreck without you!

Attended Friday for treatment under sedation, from entering the practice I felt valued & was treat with respect by all the staff. Once again my fears were alleviated by the care & understanding shown to me until I left the practice . Thought the follow up phone call this morning was a nice touch ,I can’t recommend this by practice enough.
Dr. Leo Duran is incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes you feel at ease. The clinic is spotless and fully equipped with the latest dental technology. You can tell patient comfort and care are a top priority. Always a great experience at Ferndale. Had a chunk of a built up tooth come off on Thursday evening last week. It wasn't urgent but I rang Friday and was slotted in for Monday with Callum. Callum built up and repaired my teeth 3 years ago and made a fantastic job. Pays a lot of attention to detail and explains everything he is doing.
