Amazing service for my daughter. Her retainer (Not from Smileville) had broken and following calls to her own dentist she was given list of prices for this that and the other with dates weeks delays. Her mum called Smileville who told her to come in before 5pm that day. They scanned her teeth/mouth digitally and told her to come back before 7pm to collect. When she went back she was given the original moulds for her teeth (She has good teeth now after years of NHS treatment which we desperately didnt want to spoil by having no retainer) plus the new retainers. All for a fraction of the prices we were quoted elsewhere.

After an amazing 2 1/2 yrs of wearing full fixed braces my daughters teeth are fantastic, the care taken by the team and especially Kirsty has been nothing short of first class throughout, not just interested in how her teeth where but genuine care and thoughtfulness to my daughters general health and well being too it’s been an amazing journey and one we are actually sad to see the end of but for anyone having doubts about have there children’s teeth straightened I cannot praise the staff here enough amazing 5* service all the way 😀

The team have always been so helpful and polite on my appointments. To be honest I put it off getting braces because of the cost but it has changed my life. I was at the point I didn’t want pictures taken and I was worried about planning my wedding. Very soon after having my Invisalign on I started feeling more confident. I would pay it and more without a doubt. Having the confidence allowed me to make different choices in my life I don’t think I ever would have if I hadn’t had my teeth fixed. Considering my dentist refused to do it as they thought my teeth were that bad they stated it was more like my mouth was deformed, not nice to hear or say but that’s what happened. From joining Smileville they took the challenge on and now you would never know what it was like. Forever grateful.

This is an excellent orthodontists. The staff are very friendly, the clinic is immaculate and there is parking outside. The invisalign system has made a huge difference to my daughter who was dreading having braces. Thank you 😊
