I’m very happy with the service from this dental clinic. The dentist and staff are always friendly, professional, and caring. They do an excellent job and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The treatment quality is outstanding, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. I visited Clifton for an emergency appointment today due to being in lots of pain and my normal dentist not being able to see me yet. All of the staff were exceptional! The dentist is an absolute magician and made me feel at ease throughout the process. My options were clearly explained to me and the dentist made the experience quick, painless and stress-free. I have come out happy with lots of aftercare advice and information. I would highly recommend this dentist especially if you're nervous as this was a delightful experience!

Can’t say enough good things! Dr Trystan is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s really gentle and makes sure you don’t feel any pain. The receptionists are all lovely. This is the first dentist I’ve not felt nervous going to see. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. All the staff were lovely and friendly. I was treated by Mr Christopher Pryde for an emergency appointment. He immediately put me at ease (I have a phobia of dentists), and discussed the various options for treatment very clearly with me. I was happy to go ahead with his recommendation. I couldn't have asked to have been seen by a better dentist.

Went for emergency appointment knowing if I was late by 3 minutes I’d lose the appointment but was made to wait 30 minutes before being seen wasn’t great. Also, whilst the main dentist was okay, the assistant didn’t know what they were doing which made me feel a bit uncomfortable during the treatment. Also, the bed was sticky and the gloves used on the machines were also used in my mouth which was uncomfortable. Didn’t feel like the treatment was explained to me very well and before I’d processed what they were going to do, it was already happening. Left a bit in shock and uncomfortable, feel like they might prioritise private patients but grateful for the temporary fix.

I’m an anxious patient so the approach used was clear, concise and no nonsense - just what I needed to settle my nerves. Very transparent about the procedure required and the cost. My next appointment is in June and to accommodate my 2nd and 3rd appointment to be no more than three days apart my new dentist is coming in on her day off - above and beyond.

Nobody likes the dentist, but I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The receptionists are always so welcoming and helpful. My dentist is friendly and always provides clear explanations and guidance. The place has recently had a freshen up too, which is always nice.
