West Grove Dental

I have very recently joined West Grove dental practice after being a NHS patient many years it was actually the best move I’ve ever made. I am with dentist Sophie and dental nurse Katie, I am beginning treatment and Sophie is marvellous everything that has to be done explained to me . Treatment is painless. I cannot thank Sophie enough for her patience and such a fabulous job she is doing . Sophie and Katie are a great team!!!! I wish I had become a private patient a long time ago , as a paying NHS patient the difference in cost is not too great . Practice is beautifully clean and easy to find . Thank you Sophie & Katie

My family have been patients of Nicola's at West Grove Dental practice for a number of years since the practice was in City Road and we have always been very happy with the treatment we have received. Hygienist Jane and Dental Nurse Naz are always calm and friendly and my teeth are always gleaming when I leave! I would definitely recommend them all if anyone is looking for a positive dental experience!

I cannot praise this surgery high enough ! Having had horrific treatment in the past when growing up I have always been terrified of the dentist and put off going for years . I eventually plucked up the courage to visit Nicola , I was so glad I did ! I also have regular appointments with Jane and Nas and I can honestly say the care and kindness I get from the three make me feel special and I would not go anywhere else . If you are feeling nervous give them a try I can honestly say as soon as you walk in the door the whole team make you feel at ease . I would like to thank them for being so kind and caring ❤️

After more than twenty years attending Nicola’s dental practice I can say,with sincerity, that my fear of treatment is now minimal. A recent difficult procedure was carried out with such precision and skill, I was hardly affected. The whole team at West Grove is exceptional and patients are treated like friends. The staff are patient, competent and extremely pleasant. I am so grateful for this unique dental surgery.

This is a brilliant dental surgery and I think the fact that I have been a patient of Nicola’s for 30 years shows my satisfaction. All the staff are friendly, caring , helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble. I grew up in the sixties and it was sugar with everything and not much brushing went on so when I joined the practise my teeth and gums were in a poor state. Nicola has rescued me through her dedicated treatment over the years and with regular visits to the hygienist my teeth and gums are in good shape. I must mention Jane and Nas who I visit every three months for my hygienist appointments. The procedure is very thorough and completely painless with helpful advice and positive and encouraging comments. They are so friendly too and it’s a pleasure to see them both. Thank you to everyone.

I can honestly say these dentists are the coolest ones I’ve had. All silliness aside, they were accommodating, professional and made the entire experience (including a rather fun session of fillings) smooth sailing and I felt very comfortable. Nerves? Not a single one. Anxiety? Hardly know her. They were educational about the steps, fees, personal recomendations and preventative measures. I’ve never actually had a dentist sit down with me post exam and explain through the teeth X-ray before. Which was super cool and educational for me to know my teeth and reassured me on the general health of them. Something I was anxious about for a long time. The filling session was done with care and consideration for my wellbeing, frequent breaks meant my jaw could stop being so achy. And just like the exam, the entire process was explained to me clearly- plus, the emotional support squishy was definitely reassuring too. After the session, I did check out my teeth, I barely noticed the fillings! Can safely recommend these dentists for people like myself who haven’t been in years and might be nervous about getting dental care. Every patient should always be made to feel comfortable and safe, something I definitely felt throughout my appointments here. And I will be coming back for my future dental care. These guys rock!

I had to go in for my new patient dental exam today and the team was absolutely fantastic. Both the receptionist and the dentist (Charlotte George) were really welcoming. I needed them to look at my potential areas for fillings and they gave me really structured feedback about how I should move forward as well as answering all of the questions that I had. I never felt rushed either which was a bonus. Great overall. 1 month later I went in for 3 fillings and the experience was second to none, nothing to be nervous about. Highly recommend.
