Charles Street Dental Surgery

I've been going to Charles Street Dental Surgery for a couple of years now for checkups, and have always been impressed by how lovely the receptionist and dental assistants are, how efficient and professional Dr Rupert is, and how comfortable the office and surgery feel. More recently I've undergone Invisalign treatment with them as I noticed that my teeth were shifting. As someone who had metal braces for 3 years as a teenager, I still cannot get over how quick and painless the process was in comparison. In just under four months I've completely finished the treatment and gotten my retainers, and genuinely feel like I'm set for life. I can honestly say I've never thought to be impressed by dental technology until now, but this entire process has left me thoroughly impressed. Even better, the dentist and dental assistants were absolutely brilliant the entire way (as they always are), and were great at explaining the entire process from start to finish. I highly highly recommend this surgery!

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but the level of care and professionalism, along with the friendliness of the staff really takes the terror out of the whole experience. Rupert is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he really takes the time to explain what’s going on and talks you through all the options, and is gentle in his approach. Anne-Marie is a lovely nurse who a knows her stuff and is 10/10 at putting people at ease, and Megan on reception is always smiling and ready to help. Just a really nice team and I always leave feeling much better than I imagined I would. I can’t imagine going to a different dental practise now.

Best decision I made choosing this dentist. They’re always so warm, welcoming and professional every time I visit and I am so happy with my treatment plan it is going great! Have just visited the dentist,,a warm welcome upon arrival. On time appointment no waiting around, into to see Nate (the dentist) who is always smiling and makes you feel relaxed straight away. Good information given about treatment required. Great interaction with him. Would highly recommend this practice.

Since joining this surgery a few months ago my fear of the dentist has been completely cured, and I'm always happy to go there. I needed quite a bit of work and Dr Nathaniel Davie has made it all as comfortable and painless as possible, and is always very calm and professional. All of the staff who work there are very welcoming and kind, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new dental surgery.

I’m so grateful to this dental practice! I had a severe toothache and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the same day. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. The tooth extraction was quick, professional, and far less stressful than I expected. Huge thanks to Charles Street Dental Surgery for providing a fantastic service. I rang first thing in the morning, needing an emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain (and had been taking painkillers for a number of days). Megan is an excellent receptionist and was able to book an emergency appointment for me for that day. Rupert and Anne-Marie took great care of me as I ended up having a tooth extraction. Three weeks later, the gum is healing well and I've had no issues. Diolch yn fawr 🙌🏼
