I had a Hygienist appointment with Patrycja. It was by far the best experience with hygienist I've ever had, after years of struggling with my gum health and dental anxiety. Patrycja is extremely professional and knowledgeable, with a specialist knowledge in the periodontal care. I felt very taken care of, with the detailed explanations, thorough treatment and ensuring I feel comfortable during the appointment.

I recently underwent regenerative surgery at the Bristol and Bath Periodontal Clinic to treat a troublesome pocket around an upper left molar. I could not have received better treatment from Dr Gaston King. At the initial consultation he explained everything clearly and took time to discuss the treatment options in depth and in an accessible manner. The procedure itself was completely painless and I felt in the most expert of hands throughout. I experienced no discomfort post surgery and, thanks to the excellent aftercare provided by Dr King and his team, the tooth is now healthy. Sent from my iPhone

While my gum treatment here has now finished, resulting in a massive overall improvement in my gum health, I always go back to Emily for my hygiene appointments. She is very capable - she makes me feel at ease and communicates very well about every step of the process. I always feel I’ve had a very thorough service after I’ve been to see her. Excellent.

I was referred by my dentist to this Clinic. Dentists/ Hygienists do not treat gum disease as a Peridontal Clinic does . I am a very nervous patient, but was treated with such kindness , I had 2 wobbly teeth and was liable to losing my teeth if not treated. Yes it’s expensive, but so are a good set of false teeth. The treatment I received on 3 visits , from my initial consultation, to the receptionists and ultimately to the Doctor treating me , was superb. & I can say was pain free .Many Thanks to you all .Dawn McQuillan.

Without doubt this surgical periodontal treatment has to be one of the most horrendous dental experiences ever. At one point, there was so much anaesthetic being injected into my gums that it was running into my throat! After the first course of treatment and within 2 days, I developed an extremely painful gum swelling (abcess?). It was so severe that on the Sunday I called their emergency helpline 3 (three) times……………….no one called me back!!!! I was subsequently informed this was a ‘bacterial imbalance’ and had to take metronidazole for seven days. I didn’t return for the second treatment. There is a thin veneer of professionalism at this clinic but, it is very, very thin.

I've recently been seen here by Dr King and Jess. The treatment was fantastic and pain free. Both clinicians shown a caring and professional manner

Gaston has done a brilliant job of correcting my bite, eating is once again comfortable and natural.
