Charlton road dental is one of the happiest establishments I have ever been in! Literally everyone is friendly, laughing and smiling. The gorgeous pink decor helps too! Nothing is ever too much trouble and the receptionists are fantastic and bend over backwards to be flexible with appointments etc. The communication is excellent, My dentist Rob is amazing. He is warm and friendly and ultra professional. He is always willing to go above and beyond and to spend time going through things. I have seen Luke once or twice as well and he is also great. I would highly recommend this practice.

The friendly, helpful receptionists at Charlton Rd Dental Practice helped me choose the practice for my dental work. Receiving a quick reply to an email helped settle my mind about my treatment plan. Another big tick. Chris and Sophie made my visits comfortable and relaxed by their professional attitude and friendliness. By explaining what was going on at every stage during my treatment and knowing what I would feel in my mouth at certain points was very reassuring. Chris also regularly checked that I was not feeling any pain. I was very happy with my treatment choices from Chris. Thank you to everyone who helped with my treatments, going to the dentist can be daunting when you've got trouble but going away with a smile feels great.

I attended the practice today , for an extraction of two teeth, I was greeted at reception by Ann who instantly put me at ease with her welcoming smile. During my short time in the waiting room I was lucky enough to meet the practice manager Sharon, who along with Ann took the time to have a good chat with me and made me feel very welcome. I was called into the surgery by the nurse Libby who had a big smile on her face and introduced me to the dentist Rob who again was very welcoming and thougher during my appointment. I cannot praise them both enough with the treatment I received. I felt no pain throughout the procedure, and they both checked up on me through out to reassure me. I highly recommend this practice.

I have had treatment for implant work at Charlton Road, Keynsham. The care and professional work I had undertaken was nothing less than first class. Simon is the most patient and caring dentist I have ever met. The dental plan I had presented was extremely descriptive and illustrated all the steps that would be actioned. The pricing was very clear as well. I must add, I was presented with the worst case scenario from a cost prospective. As some work was deemed un-necessary those costs were omitted. I can not fault any of the work I had carried out at Charlton Road under Simon and Kate. I would highly recommend their practice to anybody, especially if you are anxious about visiting dentists. I’ve just completed my Invisalign with Luke after being recommended to him by a friend. Extremely happy with my results. Both him and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend Luke and Charlton Road Dental.
