After two and a half years under the care of Primo Dental, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I first came to the practice following a traumatic accident that resulted in the loss of my front tooth. What followed was a long and, at times, emotionally difficult journey to restore my smile. Throughout every stage of that process, the care I received from the entire team was nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve always had a genuine fear of going to the dentist, but everyone at Primo Dental went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, respected and supported. Their professionalism, kindness and thoughtful approach turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one that felt manageable. They took the time to explain options, supported me with decisions around funding, and always treated me with compassion and understanding. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I now have my teeth back and a smile that I can be truly proud of. That outcome would not have been possible without the considered care and encouragement of every member of the team. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me. I recently had composite bonding completed at this dental practice and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and professional. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I am an 86 year old widow who doesn’t like going to the dentist. I have to say that my treatment at Primo Dental has always been respectful, caring and put me at ease. The receptionist, has always been very helpful and considerate, going out of her way to book me a taxi. The dental treatment has been excellent.

Primo Dentist Saltford is absolutely brilliant. I am a very nervous person with dentist but they are patient friendly kind and understanding. I have had meager work done in plants. Denise and Leanne are lovely the remaining staff are also great. I highly recommend this dentist practice and to also join the den plan. Perfect.

My elderly mother was experiencing tooth pain and Primo Dental Saltford saw her for an emergency appointment within 2 hours of my phone call. I believe the dentist gave up some of her lunch break to treat my mother. She was attended to with kindness and in a very professional way. Although we were not seen as an NHS patient the fee was much less than I was expecting. Thank you very much to all the staff at Primo Dental in Saltford for your caring and efficient service.

I had a great experience at Primo Dental after experiencing poor service with a previous Dentist. Costs for work were clearly laid out and communication with the Dental practice was very clear and consistent. I was always seen at the scheduled time (no waiting around) and prices are also very reasonable for a private practice. The work I required was carried out to a professional standard.

I've been using Primo Dental now for three years and I can't recommend them highly enough. I've had routine appointments, emergency treatment, hygienist appointments and 18 months working with them on straightening my teeth with aligners. They are a great team, very professional and my teeth have never looked better!
