Found my experience pretty bad: - I needed basic information for my dental insurance, I’ve asked for this through emails, phone and going in person multiple times but not been sent it - I had an appointment today where the dentist didn’t arrive. After sitting there for half an hour none of the staff knew what was going on - I rescheduled the appointment to 1020, and made all the changes to my diary to facilitate, they then cancelled this appointment as it turns out they aren’t available then Found it quite smooth up to the point you give them money, and since then found them very poor

I had my first visit at Impress in Bristol yesterday. Amazing experience. The dentist Sid was super informative, polite and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable and had a clear understanding of what to expect from my treatment. Dillon, at the reception, was also very nice and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to starting the treatment with them. Thank you very much 🙂

She took the time to carefully examine my teeth and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendliness—highly recommend!

The staff were very welcoming and on time quick and happy to help. Sid ran me through my appointment; she was so friendly, which put me at ease, and she was very informative. I can see the potential of how my teeth could look. Overall, I highly recommend!

The treatment coordinator Joanna is really the best she has been really helpful throughout my treatment so far and the rest of the staff is really gentle, friendly and kind
