High Street Dental Clinic

I am very disappointed with the care provided by the dentist at this clinic and lack of accountability. Last December, I went to see her as I had severe pain in my root canal, which she told me it was just sensitivity and couldn’t see anything wrong with the root canal. I had to go days later to an emergency dentist which gave me antibiotics as I had an infection in the area. I now have to do an apicectomy as the root canal has failed and I have an infection inside the root slowly affecting the bone in the area. While root canals can fail, failing to identify an infection, which several dentists after have identified without any issue, is disappointing and not not to the level I thought of this clinic.

Joana is an amazing professional dentist who is extremely compassionate. I had a great experience with her and her dental nurse Helena.

I cannot rate Jon and the team highly enough for my dental treatment. First things first, the treatment speaks for itself - Jon did such an incredible job and I literally haven’t stopped smiling since - I love my teeth now and I’ve had so many compliments! I have so much confidence when smiling now! From start to finish Jon was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. I had Invisalign treatment on my upper and lower teeth, as well as composite bonding to fix chips and wear, and whitening. At all parts of the process Jon clearly explained all of my options and I didn’t ever feel like he was trying to ‘sell’ to me - just whichever option was right for me having weighed up the pros and cons. I can’t believe what a difference this has made to me, and all at such a reasonable price (I had been to several Invisalign consultations prior to seeing Jon and High Street Dental was significantly cheaper). Thank you so much 😊

The team have been phenomenal especially the hygienist, Jose Hervas, who has been looking after my gums/teeth and it has greatly improved since then. I’ve no complaints to the service.

Extremely grateful to High Street Dental for all the support and work they have done for me. I was nervous about my dental hygiene and even sitting in the dentist chair when I began my journey with invisilign. Heading towards the end of this now, I want to say a huge thank you to High Street Dental for educating me and helping me get my teeth into the best they have ever looked and healthiest they could be. No more gum bleeding or pain (thank you José for your patience!) and straight white teeth thanks to Marco and his wonderful support team. Everyone who I have dealt with at High Street Dental have been amazing right through from the receptionists. Kenneth is a great dentist, friendly and reassuring. He gives good advice as well as gentle treatment. I also recommend Jose the hygienist who is excellent and knowledgeable. Thanks to all the team at High Street Dental for a professional and welcoming service.
