What a wonderful dental practice. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming. I had gone in for a consultation for cosmetic bonding on four teeth but actually come away with wanting the new EMax veneers .... I'm so forever grateful for Dr Nieves suggestions and knowledge to help me decide on the best option.It's exactly what I needed and have achieved a much better/longer lasting result From start to finish the process has been faultless

The whole team were absolutely great from start to finish. The difference in my teeth are incredible and I absolutely love them! I would highly recommend! I am so happy with everything I have now joined the guys privately to continue my dental treatment with them. The team are excellent, and Dr Nieves is highly professional, experienced, and was attentive throughout the treatment process. I began my Invisalign treatment in April 2024 to address misalignment, including a lower front tooth that was rotated onto its side, as well as some missing teeth at the back. As part of the treatment plan - carried out at a different dental practice. I had dental implants placed at the appropriate stage before continuing with Invisalign. The coordination between the Invisalign treatment and implants was seamless, thanks to the advice and careful consideration from Dr Nieves, resulting in a smile I am delighted with. I would highly recommend the practice! I have seen another review mentioning that an initial appointment was not booked correctly. While I do not doubt that this may have happened, the practice is understandably busy due to its excellent reputation and strong recommendations. In my experience, the quality of care and treatment more than outweighs an occasional administrative issue, and I certainly would not let that deter anyone from choosing this practice.

Everyone at Smmmile Bristol was incredible, welcoming and friendly. My Dentist Dr Nieves Ros really helped me find my smile again as corny as it sounds. Starting this journey I never smiled with my mouth open as too embarrassed about my gap but now I have confidence to do just that and it’s really helped how I feel. Always friendly, always there to help when I had questions. Even to responding on the app, was quick, efficient and always friendly - I really cannot recommend more!!!!!! Thank you 😁

From the start to the finish Smmmile Bristol have been amazing , i can’t fault there work in anyway they have really gave me the smile i always wanted. Dr Nieves talked me through the whole process of getting composite bonding, making me feel at ease with the work being done. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nieves and the team for my Invisalign treatment. From the initial consultation to the final check-up, everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The process was explained, they answered all my questions, and created a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. I especially liked the virtual check-ins, which saved me time and allowed me to stay on track with my treatment. I highly recommend to anyone considering Invisalign treatment .

I cancelled my appointment on 22 January, five days before the scheduled date. I am still waiting for my refund. I have called three times. No one answers. No one calls back. There is no follow up. This is unacceptable. My first appointment was already a bad experience. My confirmation email and reminders clearly stated 12.45pm. At 12.30pm, they called asking if I was coming and claimed my appointment was at 12.30pm. They told me if I did not arrive within minutes, they would cancel because they were running on a tight schedule. I still was not seen until 12.50pm. When I showed the consultant the email proof with 12.45pm clearly written, there was no apology. No accountability. I was told it was "maybe a system error." That is not an acceptable response when you rush a client and threaten to cancel their appointment over your own mistake. Poor communication. Poor customer service. No ownership of errors. Now I am left chasing my own refund. I would not recommend this clinic.
