Bourne Dental At SOBO

I had to book an emergency appointment at Bourne Dental in Southbourne and was genuinely impressed by the care I received. The team saw me quickly, made me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly throughout. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each step, which gave me real confidence during the appointment. Without the prompt care and attention from the entire team, I don’t think I would have been able to travel the following morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bourne Dental.

My experience at Bourne Dental was exceptional. Looked after from the moment I walked. Greeted by Lou with warmth and friendly conversation in the waiting room, I was then guided upstairs for my appointment by Danielle. She was super attentive and checked in on how I was feeling beforehand and throughout the treatment. Ismail was fantastic. Keeping in check with comfortability and making adjustments to suit. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided so helpful tips for my personal dental care. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I have been coming for a couple of years now and I’ve always been blown away about how great the team are at Bourne Dental. They are so kind, reassuring and understanding. They put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door and Ismail is great at making sure you know all the options available to you with each treatment plan. Couldn’t recommend more.

Quite easily the best dentist I've ever been to. All the staff are amazing. They're considerate, thoughtful and take the time to explain anything with clarity and consideration. The practice itself, is clean, modern and welcoming. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Dental Care I received absolutely outstanding service here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help me. They provided both a short‑term plan to get me back on track quickly, and a longer‑term plan for the more extensive work I’ll need later on. The nurses were amazing — they contacted me beforehand to explain everything (which meant a lot as I have severe dental anxiety), and they even called again in the afternoon after my appointment to check how I was doing. Their care and kindness made such a huge difference. The dentist was equally fantastic. He came in early on a Friday morning to fit me in, and helped get me back on my feet in no time. My new‑patient appointment was Thursday morning, and by Friday afternoon all the essential repairs were done so I could continue with my day without worry. I can’t recommend this practice enough. They are caring, friendly, honest about costs, and incredibly understanding — especially if you’re a nervous patient. A huge thank you to Lou, Danielle, and Ismail for everything. Truly exceptional service.

Dr. Ismail and his staff were absolutely fantastic. In addition to an emergency tooth issue, he also took care of other fillings and cavities. The facility is extremely clean, and feels welcoming. Highly recommend!
