I had a really great experience at the dentist! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the office was clean and comfortable. Sheelam was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I felt completely at ease the entire time. She made sure I wasn’t in any pain and checked in often to see how I was doing. I really appreciated how patient and caring she was. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but this visit was smooth and surprisingly pleasant. My partner also had a service with Sheelam and had an equally positive experience. He mentioned how thorough and attentive she was, and how comfortable she made him feel throughout his appointment. We both truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. We would definitely recommend Sheelam to anyone looking for quality care and a kind, professional dentist!

I have been coming to see Dr Amy Baers and last July started Invisalign treatment. I had always thought my teeth were far too crooked for straightening. Amy convinced me otherwise and over the course of 9 months Amy achieved incredible results. I now have the most amazing straight and white teeth. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and can now confidently smile no longer feeling embarrassed or awkward about my teeth The whole team at the practice are lovely - helpful and friendly.

I've worked with the dentists, hygienists and all the supporting team at Dentistry on the Grove and I have to say they are the friendliest dentist around, maybe even business! The place they have on Southbourne grove is so special, more like a 5 star spa that a dentist. A pleasure to visit, thank you.

My mum goes to this practice and has had such a positive experience. She’s always been extremely nervous about dental visits after previous bad experiences, but Dr Amy has shown such genuine care that my mum is becoming much less anxious.
