As mum, this is not my registered dentist, my son is registered here. We needed a emergency appointment and there was some mishap with admin but the receptionist was so calm and understand and booked us right in. On arrival we had a wait 30 mins frustrating but we didnt fill out online forms so this is why but being an emergency appt we didnt mind or we didnt take it personal. I watched the receptionist do her job in perfection, answer phones, make appts, greet clients, take payments under stress but with great patience and wonderful time management. The dentist we saw was friendly and although we had missed appts due to no fault of our own, she was understanding and warm explainingwithout jargon the next steps for my son. I highly recommend this practice. But want to once again to shout out the receptionist. I heard her speak to clients although under pressure with empathy. I wish they were my dentist

I can, hand on heart say, that my two visits have been excellent. Everything was explained in detail and I was kept informed about everything that was happening. The staff are not only very professional, they are also very friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you need a great dentist, then this is the place to go.

Lovely people, calm me down as not a fan. Asked all the way through treatment if I was OK, reassuring me all was fine. Fast, never felt anything.happy to go back which is something I never thought I would say. Keep up the good work .

I have just been taken on as an NHS patient at the Smile Clinic Bolton and have had my initial appointment. I couldn't be happier with the treatment received and the dentist I saw. I would like to mention that there was a minor hitch with regards to my initial registration, however, the response from Bolton Smile Clinic was excellent going above and beyond any expectations I could have possibly had and they dealt with the matter swiftly and more than satisfactorily (hence the reason for mentioning it within this review). Awful dentist. I also find it bizarre that so many people have edited their reviews in the last week to boost recent ratings with the owners response being a year ago. Something very suspicious going on here. In response to your reply... that's not true though is it? You kicked me for not attending an appointment you sent me via email despite not having my email address. Then you only took private patients on. Wonder why you taking NHS patients on again... guess the private patients go to a proper dentist. Personally feel you kicked me cos I reported you to the General Dental Council who struck your dentist off.

I had a horrendous experience with the dentist, F. Chariwala. I found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional. The examination was not thorough, and I was left in pain until I visited another dentist who properly addressed the issue. F. chariwala showed a lack of respect and was just awful to deal with. The staff were also unpleasant—rude both in person and over the phone. Communication and basic courtesy were severely lacking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this practice. got be the worst run dentist in the northwest, not only have they left my teeth in a fragile state, they sent wrong referral to Manchester dental hospital, and then when I complained they took me of there list, left without a gum shield so my teeth don't get any worse then had the cheek to say it was me that refused anymore treatment when I said I will get a gum shield elsewhere because there supplier could not get it right. and no doubt once they see this review they will just blame me and make up more lies. they don't care about dental care they are just in it for the money and probably do a runner when the business folds due to bad reputation. stay clear. staff are so rude along with the owner. thanks for ruining my front teeth. Update your referral was for jaw clicking and not reconstruction like you said, I was the one sat at Manchester dental hospital listening to the consultation. As for the refund, you said I asked for a full refund which I never did, I asked for a refund for the gum shield as the failed on 3 occasions to do, yes the first 2 fitted ok but unfortunately needed replacing. Joke of a practice
