Bupa Dental Care Bolton New Road

My last appointment was over 50 minutes late because the receptionist checked in the wrong client, meaning I had to chase this up and they admitted their error. I went to reception 25 minutes after my appointment time to see what was going on, to find this out. Took another 25 minutes to be seen, as of course the dentist had no idea I was there and saw other patients. He was very apologetic and I appreciate that he still saw me (out of practice hours) by this point, but I'm now concerned I've got a lateness on my record. To add, when I was 10 minutes late in the past due to an accident causing traffic, I was turned away!

Completely incapable dental practice. Given incorrect information regarding my child on 5 different occasions. Trust all the negative reviews and go elsewhere, they are only concerned with money not care at this practice.

have had amazing experiences at bupa for my routine checkups for my braces. been there for just under two years and had no problems at all. clinicians are always so lovely and work so fast paced while also making sure we’re comfortable and the administrator laurie is always so friendly.

Fantastic treatment by the staff, they are all so incredibly kind and help full. I have had my braces treatment being done with them for the whole time and they have left me very satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend Bupa to anyone for any sort of treatment.

£150 for a quick check-up is crazy work. I never know how much I'll get charged when I go to this dentist. Sometimes it's £50 sometimes it's £300. He's good but I cannot afford gacha dentist pricing in this economy I'm sorry. I even had to withdraw money from my savings account in front of the receptionist as I didn't expect I was gonna get charged like that. Lol I would have booked another appointment but yea I can barely afford to feed myself let alone play "The Price is Right" with my dentist 🤪

I took my 16-year-old daughter to this dentist today to have a filling, and I can't rate them highly enough. The dentist Kelsey saw was named Hannah Anthony, and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She explained everything she was going to do in detail, which put my daughter at ease, and her small filling was done in no time. So, I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff and everyone who works there for making the experience relaxing.
