Bupa Dental Care Bolton, Silverwell Street

I recently had my hygienist appointment with Maria and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was brilliant, really informative, sharing some genuinely useful tips I hadn’t heard before. She also has a wonderful way of keeping you calm throughout, which as someone who doesn’t exactly look forward to dental appointments, I really appreciated. All in all, a great visit. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the Silverwell Street dental practice, I went in for a hygienist appointment, Maria (Hygienist) and the nurse both made me feel at ease, they were friendly, yet professional , Maria was very gentle throughout the treatment, regularly checking I was okay. She explained things clearly and gave lots of helpful advice, The reception staff were also friendly and helpful. A wonderful Practice, and I would highly recommend.

My experience at Silverwell Street was nothing but positive. Maria the hygienist was incredibly professional and thorough, and Macauley the nurse was equally lovely. Between the two of them, I felt genuinely well looked after from start to finish. So grateful to have such a caring team, I’ll definitely be back!

As a nervous patient I have recently moved to this dental practice after witnessing how other family members are treated here. The surgery is spotlessly clean and all the staff are pleasant and helpful. The dentist Samira was excellent, on my first visit she made me feel at ease and explained everything she was doing. I felt comfortable and relaxed in her care. My treatment plan was explained in detail to me and any questions and concerns I had were answered. The whole experience with Samira and the lovely dental nurse who was also in attendance was stress free.

Really pleased with my Dental visit here today. Dr Idris was super friendly, explaining all I needed to know and Hygienist Maria gave the best teeth clean ever, supported by Rachael. I was nervous about my visit but it went very well and teeth cleaner than ever too.

I had the pleasure of meeting my new dentist today Dr Idris , he was extremely kind, professional and very reassuring. I have been at this practice for many years . I regularly visit hygienist Vicky Silvano who is exceptional. All the reception staff are wonderful and so helpful. It’s 5 stars from me , keep up the excellent work and thank you .

Very disappointed with this dental practice. I have been with this practice since it was Fresh Dental which was a very good practice but since Bupa took over all the dentist and hygienist keep changing and they seem to only have focus on how to get more money out of you. They are ready to give you emergency appointment without explaining that the dentist will only deals with the emergency only and if your pain has subsided when you see him you will not be seen for anything else but still be charged even for literally not doing anything to your teeth not even a clean. Oh by the way you had to book in with the hygienist for that and pay the hygienist fee for that. The male dentist seem to have an attitude and cant wait to get you out of their room. They dont have any consideration for your age or illnesses or disabilities.
