Mill Hill Dental Practice

Im a really anxious person when it comes to dentists. This was my first time here for an emergancy appointment. I needed 2 teeth taken out one of them being my wisdom tooth. The staff was very welcoming listened to everything i said. My wisdom tooth was infected so it was a painful visit they did try to make it less painful for me even apologised for it being painful. The dentist gave me advice on how to care for my teeth more. Receptionist was very kind i nearly walked out forgetting to pay she was understanding saw i was in distress offered for me to sit and wait for my lift. I would reccomend if your like me nervous about going.

Would highly recommended this practice. I recently had 2 front crowns replaced - they should have been done years ago but as a ridiculously nervous patient I kept putting it off . I was made to feel at ease and tret with the utmost care and respect. I’ve never had straight teeth even the previous crowns were done to copy my own uneven different size teeth but now I’ve got even straight teeth . I couldn’t be happier with them .

I have been a practice plan patient here for over a year, making regular monthly payments without fail. My direct debit was cancelled in error and neither Denplan nor the practice made any attempt to notify me that my plan had lapsed. I booked an appointment within a month I had already paid for. When I called to reschedule, I was told I am no longer entitled to Denplan and would need to be seen as a private patient — despite having paid for that month and received nothing in return. Taking a patient's money and then refusing to provide the service paid for is simply not acceptable. I was given no warning, no communication, and no opportunity to rectify the situation before being turned away. I will be raising this formally with practice plan directly.

I went in for an emergency appointment with toothache and had two teeth pulled within 20 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. Thank you.

I have recently had some major surgery at Mill Hill and I can say that the whole team are professional, efficient and caring. It’s nice to find a practice that doesn’t treat you like you’re just a number.

I have been terrified of going to a dentist since I was a child but my treatment here took away that anxiety! Recommend them to anyone with similar fear!

Have recently joined this practice. I lost a bottom tooth needed a dentist at a fare price. Absolutely delighted first appointment i had full checkup xrays the dentist checked for any abnormalities or growths in my mouth. He listened to what I wanted and he answered all my questions. And then advised me what would be best for me.second visit i had my impressions done for my new teeth. Third visit all complete. Teeth scaled polished and new teeth fitted amazing. What a lovely place great little receptionist fantastic young dental nurse.everyone's so friendly and very professional I would recommend this dental practice to everyone
