Ghaffar Dental Care

Needed urgent emergency treatment to re-set a gold amalgam crown before flying abroad for Christmas. Searched Blackburn and all other dentists that claimed to be open 24/7 were definitely not! Only Ghaffar Dental Centre responded to my enquiry and were able to fit me in at midday on Sunday. Service was excellent and dental treatment by Dr Fahad Ghaffar was outstanding. He bought this surgery two years ago and has fitted it with the latest dental technology. Don’t be misled by the Google Street View of the surgery. Once inside you will realise that this is a professional, modern and well managed dental surgery that will open for emergencies. Prices are also excellent, especially considering he didn’t charge more for being over the weekend. Thank you and merry Christmas!

I had a sudden onset of tooth pain, and naturally this happened not long before I'm going abroad to see my family for an extended time. booked online Saturday night for Sunday morning. Haven't had my teeth looked at in 16 years so I was nervous. They were GREAT! I felt like I wasn't judged like at my old dentist. Had three fillings done and it didn't hurt! Very professional and efficient.

I can’t believe that at this time dentists DO not have the empathy and patience for children. I had the worst experience.🥲 I brought my daughter to the dentist and she was so scared, the dentist instead of being friendly and kind because she was just a child. He rushed her and he started to be nervous because she was crying and afraid. Those people need to do different jobs. When you’re a dentist or doctor the first thing you must have is kindness and empathy if not don’t choose this job. I’m so disappointed. We’ll never come back. My daughter was shaking and he said that in 5 minutes he would close the practice. So mean!

Lovely Dentist, friendly staff, clean practice. Best denist I've found in years. Great for emergency appointments, as well as regular routine check ups.

I am extremely happy and grateful , they came out and opened the shop after hours and fixed my pain with a root canal , I was in so much pain and other dentists wrote me of or thought it was atypical facial pain or neuralgia pain , the pain since the root canal has gone and I can smile again , there knowledge here and experience in emergency appointments shows forever grateful I,ll remember this thank you

I used this practice as I had crippling tooth ache. Managed to get a consultation appointment on a Sunday afternoon, for a very reasonable price. (this is extremely rare these days). Within half an hour of arriving, the tooth ache was no more, and I had a plan going forwards to save the tooth. Excellent service from start to finish, very thorough, caring and careful. Xrays done and results were explained to me very clearly, mouth numbed, nerve removed from tooth, patched back up ready for a follow up to do a route filling in 2.5 weeks. A vital service to anyone struggling over the weekend. Thanks for your help. Update, returned for more work, had a scale and polish and a filling. Once again a great service. The surgery has been renovated recently and it now feels very modern. The receptionist and dentist were both very welcoming.
