I recently had Angel Aligners fitted at Neo Orthodontics and had a really positive experience throughout. The practice itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. A big thank you to Mary and Carla for their excellent treatment and care — they were both professional, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making everything feel straightforward and comfortable. I’m really happy with how smoothly everything went and would definitely recommend Neo Orthodontics to anyone considering aligner treatment. 😊

Weve been coming here for a couple years now for my daughters braces and the staff have always been nothing but kind. The environment is always very clean and the staff know their stuff and are very efficient. There are shortages nationwide for NHS orthodontists and we are patiently waiting for our next appointment. These shortages are not the staffs fault and they are doing all they can in the current situation. They are being both professional and understanding to those waiting and you cannot ask for more - it is not their fault. I for one and grateful for the high level of care we receive from neo and even more grateful they DO offer NHS services when so many other dont. Protect our NHS and treat them with respect. We are very fortunate to have this service. (To the receptionist I spoke to today, you are wonderful. 😇)

We were seen on time, and the team (Demi & Kiera) were very friendly and explained what they were going to do during this appointment and what they will aim to do in the next appointment. Great work.

Terrible service and responses. My daughter had braces fitted that were supposed to be removed 8 months ago but due to lack of staff and constantly delayed or cancelled appointments she not only still has them on but they are starting to damage her teeth. When fitted we were promised regular check-ups every 8 week, it has been 6 months since our last appointment and despite constantly chasing we have been told the next available appointment is January next year....

My son is an NHS patient who has had a broken brace for over a month - NEO do not care about their NHS patients AT ALL!! Appointments are months apart which you only get if you complaint to staff consistently, otherwise your forgotten about completely!! absolutely shocking service!! Unless you can pay to go private - then you’ll be fine!!

Always a pleasure to take the kids for their orthodontist appointment. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put the kids at ease. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Never gave any appointments, was told they would schedule appointments and they gave an appointment every ~4 months when it should have been every 6 weeks. When I was given brace repairs and maintenance they would break within the day from poor installation. Was only allowed to book my own appointments if it was an emergency (All of my braces not working does not count) and only if I was in pain would they give an appointment. The entire establishment takes on hundreds of excessive patients for extra funding despite neglecting all of their patients Every person I know has had the same (if not worse) experience of coming here
