Receptionists are absolutely appalling. You are blamed for their own mistakes and when you bring up that fact they go out of their way to be inconsiderate of your timing and lack common manners. Dentist is absolutely lovely though.

Been with this dentist For Years. I was always a funny one when it was time for the dentist. I would start panicking & cry the swear as it was alot. Every 3month i had to go. They stuck by me & supported me when it was time to remove most of my upper teeth after a pregnancy. Nearly 2 years ago & got a new set of teeth i cried again! The support has been amazing staff are brilliant and fun to talk to. But when you here see you in 6months i was gobsmacked WOW!! Thank You everyone for Your Continued support 5* from me

I am almost frightened to post this in case it fills up. My experience was absolutely amazing. I am 66 with a terrifying fear of the dentist. Already had tried 2 who did not listen to me at all. My appointments were close together and spot on time as the longer I wait the more anxious I become. I am a pain to deal with sometimes fainting. I would be lying if I said I was 100 per cent at ease. However I actually felt elated when I came out and so happy and relieved for the first time in years and years. Would recommend this practice to everyone

The gentleman dentist is great with my son and he loves going to the dentist. However the older receptionist isn't very friendly my son can't do anything without her nit picking at him. He's 8.

Excellent service. I needed an emergency tooth extraction, even though I am not currently registered with the practice, and it was painless. The surgeon was fantastic; he constantly updated me on details as the procedure progressed. Definitely recommend.

Excellent dentist. Literally just had s huge filling done (mouth still numb) and excellent service. Very patient and friendly. Had a crown done there few years ago too and also such lovely dentists. I like my dentist as much as I like my smile 😃

Im in awe of this dental practice. I'm nearly 70 and have avoided dentists all my life because of needle phobia. However vanity driven me to Google dentists that deal with phobias. This practice came up and I can't put into words how much Alastair the Dentist is to me a super hero. He's managed in a few weeks to allay many of my anxieties and even managed to help me have a tooth extracted. without any pain or fear of the needle ( by using " The Wand") I'd recommend anyone who is anxious or phobic to use this dental practice........ Here I am nearly a year and a half later. I've had four extractions and a few cleaning procedures I now have permanent chrome dentures. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I was so frightened but here I am a year and N a half later.... and I SOOO LIKE MY SMILE.
