King Street Dental Practice

I joined this practice May 2024, after putting off/avoiding going to the dentist for just over 7 years. I was really quite anxious about attending because I knew that because I hadn't been proactive with my dental care, that I would likely have several new cavities or some other dental problem to be fixed. However, from arranging my first appointment last year up untill my appointment today (Jan 2025), everyone at the practice has been absolutely brilliant. Emma, at reception is fantastic- very efficient and friendly. My dentist Megan has made the whole process much easier than I thought it could be. Though some of my appointments have not always been pleasant however necessary (tooth extraction 😕). Megan has made me as comfortable as I could be and comes across very approachable and caring. At every step she has patiently and thoroughly explained all my options . Her wonderful care is very much appreciated. The dental nurse was also very attentive and considerate, which helped me relax especially during the noisier parts of my extraction. Overall it's been a very positive experience all round. My next appointment is in 6 months and I will definitely not be tempted to leave it another 7 years.

I am a patient of this practice since few years. Always great service and very accommodating and caring staff. Very good with children - even have boxes of toys in the treatment rooms. Gavin is the dentist that I see can not fault him at all. Best dentist experience in Aberdeen so far.

I've been a patient here since 1993, & have always had a great service. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, & caring. I've never had a complaint about my visits here, so don't understand how a few of the reviewers have complaints. Thankfully, the majority of the reviewers have always had the positive service that I can identify with.

I had to go to the dentist today and I couldn't have got a better dentist then Natalie . She had to take my tooth out and she done it so painlessly and treated an underlying problem I had . While she done the work she kept me in the loop of why she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time . I would highly recommend anybody in the Aberdeen area to book an appointment with Natalie for any dentistry work they need done

The receptionist - Emma, is a star. Always super friendly and helpful, very understanding and supportive. Dentists are nice and willing to explain as best they can when you have any questions. No issues to date!

I don't like dentists, they make me anxious and I can occasionally take a fainting fit because of this. Cant recommend this place enough, well explained, well numbed, no unnecessary extras and no faffing about. I will be back in 6 months for a check up.

This is a butcher shop,not a dental clinic. My case was handled very poorly by dr. Diane Fowler,she refused to close my tooth with compozite filler. i paid 200 £ for a TEMPORARY FILLER on a single tooth. At the same time,she was pushing and insisting for a dental plan that cost 1000£,but she was not capable to fix a single tooth. i was left for 22 days with an open tooth,putting my health at risk in the starting winter season. I went to file a complain about this incident to the principal of the clinic,dr.Stephen Rafferty,he was in complete denial and refuse to take disciplinary action against dr Diane Fowler. It took 3 clinics in 3 months to fix a single tooth.For me that says it all. It was a time consuming and disappointing experience. Stay away from this clinic ,and in no circumstances anyone should send their loved ones there.
