I attended this clinic for my first visit and was charged £80, which I was not informed about beforehand. At no point before the appointment was the cost clearly explained to me, which I find very disappointing. I also asked paid £180 for an X-ray, whereas I have had similar X-rays done at another clinic with no charge, which makes the pricing here feel inconsistent and not transparent. I believe all fees should be clearly communicated in advance so patients can make informed decisions. Because of this experience, I’m not satisfied and would advise others to confirm all costs before booking.

I have been going to i-smile for some years now and I can not recommend them enough. Carol on the desk is lovely and always makes you feel welcome. The owner Alex always remembers who you are and my dentist Maria is chatty like a friend, but also professional and always does a great job.

From 2023 until last year, I went through a long and stressful journey to fix a botched implant done at a Smile clinic on George Street in Aberdeen. I won’t say much, as the pictures speak for themselves, but correcting it was extremely costly, both financially and emotionally. I visited a couple of other clinics in Aberdeen, but none of them gave me the confidence that they could deliver an acceptable result. In the end, I found a professional in London who treated me with honesty and gave me reassurance about a good outcome. That decision made all the difference. My advice: don’t just go for convenience or price. Make sure you truly trust the person doing your procedure, because fixing mistakes can be far more difficult and expensive than doing it right the first time. I also made a claim, which was successful. If you experience anything similar, don’t let anyone intimidate you. Know your rights and consider seeking legal advice, including no win, no fee options.

I had a great experience at this clinic. After a filling that continued to cause pain, they quickly identified the issue and performed a root canal. The pain is now completely gone. They also did not charge me again for the second filling, which shows they are professional, fair, and genuinely focused on patient care. Many thanks to Dr. Maria and Alex for their excellent work.
