Loveliest staff. Got registered really fast and managed to see me not long after. The reception team was really friendly and helpful and the dentist and the nurses were the sweetest! They were constantly explaining what they were doing and what the issues were. They were non judgemental about the fact that it’s been a while since I last seen a dentist and actually made time to answer my questions. Overall, I felt so safe and comfortable during my appointment and that’s exactly what I needed to feel after past experiences which left me feeling scared and too anxious to go to the dentist. I went to another dentist (private) who said I had extensive gum disease requiring special (and expensive!) cleaning. USDC booked me in the same day, and I was able to get a second opinion from the wonderful dentist there. She advised me it wasn't as extensive as what the previous dentist had said, and I just need a routine polish. So glad I got a second opinion. Thanks very much!

We have been at this dental practice for over forty years and worried when It changed hands. Why did we worry.... the dentists and hygienists are wonderful. Everyone friendly, upbeat and so nice. They really put you at ease.. especially me. We moved away from Aberdeen... but make the journey every six months for check up and the hygienist. So glad we stayed On with the new people. Recently had to change dentist as I got offloaded from the Bupa practice in Mintlaw (they can't seem to hold onto a dentist longer than 6 months) and they deregistered me. Very, very, fortunately I was able to be taken on as a NHS Patient at Union Street Dental Care. The staff are amazing, the dentist I've seen a few times now (Ms Mcallen) is superb, a very talented dentist who has a professional and friendly manner. You're kept updated with costs and the receptionist was really helpful in making sure I had the receipts I needed to claim back on my insurance. Couldn't be happier with them and couldn't recommend them any more highly.

The best dentist I have ever been to. She saved a tooth I thought I would have to have taken out. I couldn't believe how cheap it was too compared to other quotes I had been given from other practices. Keep up the good work! I really appreciated it.

One of the best dentists Iv been too, me and my kids are quite nervous at the dentist and we have had treatments done and wouldn’t go anywhere else, such a lovely place!! Defo not as nervous now! X
