Dr. Alishah took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The procedure itself was done with great skill and attention to detail. I experienced minimal discomfort, and the results are excellent. What stood out the most was Dr. Alishah’s patience, friendliness, and genuine concern for my comfort. Great experience again with Dr Steven. Approachable and friendly, they really take the time to explain everything, check my understanding and regularly check in throughout the procedure. As someone who’s a bit apprehensive about the dentist, they really put your mind at ease. The regular text and email appointment reminders from the clinic are much appreciated as well.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. BiG time hate them. The shame, the discomfort, the costs. However having met Steven, I have had a number of appointments with him and he has had a lot of work to do with me. He has done so with a calm, professional, caring fashion. I have not felt lectured or shamed just educated and understood. He has been gentle and attentive ensuring Im as comfortable during proceedings as I can be. He is conscientious, taking pride in his fillings to have them feel, look and work as much like a real tooth as possible. I hadn't known that was even an option! I joined as an NHS dentist, and chose to change to one of the monthly plans the Bridge Street Dentist offer, to help me take better care of my teeth going forward. Do I now like going to the dentist? No. But I trust Steven.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aya and the nurse ( my apologies I forgot her name ) they both are amazing team. My daughter had her first dental visit recently with her and she made us feel so welcome and at ease from the start. She was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter, turning what could have been a scary experience into a very positive one. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve had such a lovely experience at a dentist. Highly recommend!

I made an emergency NHS appointment due to an abscess and was delighted that they offered a same day appointment. However after getting there (which is not easy for me as a disabled person) I was turned away and told I did not qualify for help due to stipulations I was not made aware of. I was told to call nhs24 who referred me back to my dentist. So now I have no help for an extremely painful and distressing condition.

The staff are not only astute in their skill set; but they’re humble, polite, and very helpful in accommodating emergencies and guiding the unwell patients in a calm and caring manner. They go out of the way to ensure that a high class care is provided at all times. The staff at reception, and the clinical nursing staff as well as the doctors are humane and they possess excellent communication and procedural skills. Overall, this clinic is a one stop shop for managing all the complexities and specialties within the domain of diverse disciplines of dentistry.
