Stamford Bridge Dental

I cannot thank Katie, the new Zealand dentist, and her lovely dental nurse for the compassionate and caring treatment I received 2 days ago. Having been traumatized by a very painful dentist experience - at another practice- 10 years ago, I was dreading having to go in for 2 much needed fillings. Katie was one of the best, professional and caring dentists I have ever been too and clearly was trying her very best to make, what to me was a traumatic and stressful procedure, the most pleasant it could be. She even cleaned my teeth at the same, which should have been a separate appointment, as she could clearly see my discomfort/stress, which saved me from coming back again. No need to return for another 6 months👏👏👏. The receptionist was lovely too so all round it was an experience I was dreading, still not pleasant but the best and 99% pain-free treatment I could I wished for. Thank you to you all. It was very appreciated.

Following treatment, (Tuesday8/10/24)I was confronted with an ‘unpaid bill’ from several months prior. Despite lengthy protestations, no attempt was made to investigate and due to the growing queue and my embarrassment, I felt compelled to pay. On returning with my online statement a call was made to Operations Manager to debate whether perusing my online bill was sufficient or, if I needed to send my statement. Eventually, a refund was issued . I requested an explanation and apology .The O.M. Instructed the receptionist to say I should ‘send an email ‘ if I wanted one. Not sure how often these ‘unpaid bills’ occur but be alert and do not be intimidated into paying .

I had terrible toothache and they sorted out antibiotics for a abscess under a dead tooth. All the staff were very efficient and caring and I got an appointment quickly to take the tooth out. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone .

The receptionist was so helpful and welcoming, and sorted my issues promptly. The dentist I saw was kind and and explained everything I needed to know. Just super friendly people. Thanks!

Had a tooth ache. Called on the day and they immediately got me a consultation. Went the next day and they fixed the problem. Friendly, professional and would highly recommend them.

Always great service from the staff here. I live 27 miles away from this practice and wouldn't go anywhere else!
