Regent Street Dental

The team at Regent Street Dental have made me so much more comfortable with visiting the dentist. I do not live locally anymore but continue to travel here because of the exceptional service. My dentist Hannah is incredible at making you feel at ease through thorough conversations, getting to know you as an individual and making sure you understand and are comfortable during treatments. I have had to have a lot of work done to my teeth and having Hannah has made the whole process easy, stress free and smooth running. Hannah often has Lauren (Dental Nurse) working alongside her, Lauren is such a lovely nurse who is fabulous at her job. She also helps create such a relaxing experience and is so helpful when on the phone in reception. I look forward to seeing my dentist and the team and always leave feeling satisfied, calm and confident. Thank you Regent Street and especially Hannah and Lauren for the incredible work you do!!

A very positive experience which I would recommend-if needed. Mark and the whole team were very supportive throughout the process. I knocked my front tooth out after a freak accident. Mark talked me through every stage and was always there when I needed advice or support. I suffered swelling & bruising after the insertion of the screw but the final result is worth it totally. Can’t thank Mark & his team enough. Very happy with the end result and having my smile back.

I went yesterday for my routine check up. I met Elliot for the first time as my new dentist replacing Andrew. He was such a nice guy. Listened to when I had to say. And did a replacement filling with great skill and made a perfect job. I would recommend him to everyone. Today I met Phiippa the hygienist for the first time. Such a lovely bubbly lady. Put me at ease straight away. Did my treatment very efficiently and no pain. I could not praise her enough. Thank you both and your nurses for such a very pleasant experience.

I honestly hate going to the dentist but after a week of being very unwell ending in my wisdom tooth flaring up so badly I couldn’t open my mouth, or look after my two small children, I had to go. I rang in so much pain and they saw me within a couple of hours. I burst into tears when they told me it needed to come out on the spot (it had been a very bad week) but even though I felt like such a mess Mark and Lauren were so kind and reassuring. They made me feel so confident in them and that I was going to be fine. Lauren held my hand and Mark got the tooth out quickly and without any pain. I was surprised how much better I felt immediately and once the anaesthetic wore off is wasn’t actually that bad at all. Follow up care was great and their reception team (especially Lauren) are very on it and helpful. There’s a lot to be said for such fantastic service when you’re feeling at your absolute lowest. I’d go back to Mark in a heart beat to get any further work done. (Kath my usual dentist is fab too , would definitely recommend) xx

I’ve been a long time patient at Regent Street Dental. My dentist Mr Roberts retired so I was seen by Mark Pugson. I’ve got to say I was a little anxious about seeing a new dentist after being so pleased with my previous one. I had no need to fear! Mark is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He explains everything so clearly and calmly and his dentistry skills are incredible. Along with his dental nurse Lauren they looked after me with great care and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this practice.

I can't thank Mark & Lauren enough for looking after me at my dental appointment. They were kind, considerate to my dental phobia & gave me a really positive experience. I'm amazed at the difference in the service when I compare to my previous experiences. They have restored my faith & although I'm still apprehensive about my future visits I know I will be looked after well. I can highly recommend Regent Street Dental. I am the proud owner of a new crown & can now smile again with confidence.
