Leven Vale Dental - Invisalign & Implant Dentistry

It would have significantly improved my experience had the process been clearly explained from the outset. I believe the practice could have communicated the steps involved more effectively. Despite requesting an earlier appointment several times due to ongoing pain, I waited over two months to be seen, only to be informed that I required a referral to another clinic. Since then, I have been awaiting further communication regarding the next steps. I would have appreciated greater empathy and urgency from the clinic, particularly given that I was in pain. It is concerning that it took over a month simply to arrange a referral. A more timely and compassionate approach would have made a considerable difference to my experience.

I was very pleased with my treatment today. Was nervous about having teeth removed and a new denture made. All went well and i am happy with the result's Dr Bushra Mushraq and her assistants made me feel relaxed. An excellent team

Young lady in reception was really friendly and welcoming on arrival. My new dentist after my previous long term dentist left was Bushra Mushtaq. Really nice lady. Chatty which I like and sorted issues with my mouth very quickly. Very impressed!

I'm someone who has a phobia of dentists, not through a bad experience, just a childhood issue that never went away. I've found that the high quality of care at Leven Vale to be invaluable. All of the staff have been considerate and I always walk away happy. I've now reached the point where I'm returning every six months for a check up something I didn't think possible a few years ago. I have Special Needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism I have been a patient with Leven Vale Dental Practice now for about 8 Years and i can honestly say Leven Vale Dental Practice are absolutely unreal in terms of how look after there patients and there needs With me having special needs they've really understand all my needs and know that when i come to appointments i need someone with me like a Support Worker for example Leven Vale Dental Practice are that good 👍😊 i will never leave them to join another Dental Practice Dr Bushra Mushtaq is the main Dentist that i always see and she is probably the best Dentist i've ever had and would never want anybody else to be my Dentist unless Bushra Mushtaq left Leven Vale Dental Practice altogether If i could give Leven Vale Dental Practice 10 or 20 Stars i definitely wouldn't but there's only an option to give up to 5 Stars
