Worthing Dental Care - Dentistry For You (NHS & Private)

I registered in April 2026 as I'd managed to break a tooth. Within an hour, I was offered a cancelled appointment for 45 minutes ahead. Initial reaction was a caring well organised reception. When I came to pay, I was advised the card machine was not working but there's a cash point just round the corner. I had cash with me but it made me feel a little uneasy being asked specifically for cash. The check-up that day was reassuring though with friendly staff and high quality treatment. A follow up was required which I have just attended. This time the card machine was working and the treatment I received made me feel like a private patient, not the NHS one I am. Particular praise goes to Silviya Koleva and her assistant who provided excellent care and service. It was an hour appointment so I expected complications but there were none. I felt completely at ease and that I was being treated by a professional team. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Worthing Dental Care in Findon based on my personal experience with them.

I registered as a new nhs patient and was given an appt within 2 weeks of registering, the registration process was quick and easy to do. I received good communication from the practice and reminders of my upcoming appt. On the day of my appt I found all the staff to be very welcoming,friendly and helpful, the practice had a calm atmosphere and i only had a very slight wait to see the dentist, I saw Usama Ahmed and he was absolutely lovely, he did a thorough examination, explained everything and most importantly was very gentle ! From my one visit so far I highly recommend this practice and feel lucky to have been able to register with them. There is no parking as such directly outside the practice - only enough for 2 cars but there are plenty of side roads with just a short walk needed.

A great experience all round on my first visit to this practic. A friendly and efficient welcome, no waiting around but straight in to see the dentist, great for me as I’m a bit of a nervous patient at the dentists. Dentist was patient, kind and efficient, recommending six monthly checkups with dentist and hygienist. I saw the hygienist straight after the dental check up, she too was extremely patient, professional and gentle. I would very much recommend this dental practice.

Would give zero stars if I could. Joined here in order to see an NHS dentist a few years ago. This place hardly ever answers the phone and staff told me the answer phone their automated system encourages you to leave messages on is no longer connected. They've cancelled the majority of my appointments. Once they didn't even bother telling me the appointment was cancelled. I walked all the way there only to be told the dentist wasn't in. Twice a "permanent" filling just fell out. I was blamed for the first one and after the second i decided to leave and found a new NHS practice in Worthing town centre. This Findon practice were constantly pushing private hygienist appointments on me despite offering a dreadful service on the NHS. I can understand going here for basic NHS treatment, even though they're rubbish and personally I found an alternative the first time I tried, but going here for private dentistry would be the height of insanity.

Really poor service, would not recommend. Attended once for an appointment and whilst the dentist was nice I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment and the customer service was not great. For my next appointment when I called to say I would be 15 minutes last because the bus was late they said they cancel all appointments if customers are 10 minutes late. This seems very hypocritical. It is also almost impossible to contact this practice on the phone as the call never connects.

So pleased we found this dentist! They are friendly and helpful and kind. My 77year old husband had big problems with his old broken dentures and this dentist is helping to sort his problems disappear. I recommend if you need a good dentist. Just adding on after our latest visit absolutely fantastic we can't thank them enough.

Agie is the most wonderful dentist and person!! I never thought I'd say that - I have had a fear of dentists for over 40 years!! She put me at ease and understood my anxieties straight away. The reception staff are also very welcoming and kind.
