Excellent service! My father went in for an emergency appointment and Mr. Stanley was extremely professional, very caring and made my father very comfortable. I am very happy with the staff and the way the surgery is run. I would highly recommend PEARL DENTAL.

Have been here for years with no issues at all with various staff and lovely receptionists. Today I had Stan Lee and have never been spoken to in such a rude manner. He fired questions at me without giving me time to answer any of them, and made me feel so humiliated that I can't afford the hygienist or to go back to my authodentist. I was also trying to explain about a recent visit to doctor (related to teeth issues) and he didn't want to listen or believe me. He was quite rude to my daughter too and man handled her slightly by pushing down on her shoulders when she was lying down (even though she wasn't moving at all) and then pulling her arms more than once to make her stand in front of him and not look at me. It was all very horrid and strange. He made me feel so stupid in front of my young daughter and I left in tears. Literally the worst person to be in a customer facing role. Will NEVER want to be seen by him again and I'll warn others away from him too.

Pearl Dental is the best I've been too. Stan, my dentist, is excellent. I've never had a dentist spend so much time getting my teeth and bite to a good standard. The staff are all friendly and full of smiles. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

I have been with Dr Lee for close to 30 years and have always found him very efficient. I trust him to give my teeth the best care. Definitely the best dentist I have ever had.

MY APPOINTMENT AT PEARL DENTAL WAS POSITIVE FROM THE WELCOMING RECEPTIONIST TO THE KINDNESS OF MY DENTIST. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND WAS EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES I WAS ABLE TO MANAGE MY VISIT WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
