Grand Avenue Dental Practice

Dr kalakonda has been my dentist for few years, all my years easily the best I've had, genuinely considerate, will fit you in at short notice if she can. Very efficient, doesn't rush you in and out, very gentle, always offers lots of options.

I've been with this dental practice for years until today when I was told that I couldn't have an appointment with my usual dentist because I've not had an appointment for a while (I've not had dental problems so haven't needed an appointment and haven't been elsewhere in the interim). Quite disappointed and a little offended that I've been refused an appointment in this way (and I said that I was happy to wait, if the dentist was busy) as I trusted the dentist I usually see, and will now need to find a new one.

I have been at Grand Avenue Dental Practice since 1980 and my husband has been a patient even longer. I think that speaks for itself since we have lived near Horsham since 1981! Dentists and other staff are all great and provide a first class service

Had very bad toothache. Phoned twice for an appointment no phone back. Not acceptable as a regular patient for some years for a private practice. Phoned smile at Ferring practice and got an emergency appointment within an hour. Great service. Take note Grand Avenue.

I moved over to this dentist recently and I have nothing but praise for the staff here. The whole experienced has been easy and relaxed. The receptionist, dentists and hygienists have been professional, friendly and reassuring. I would like to particularly mention the service I recently received from my hygienist, Nicola Carrillo. Nicola is one of the hygienists at the practice. I can honestly say that I have never had my teeth so clean and white before. My partner also has said the same since seeing Nicola. She really took her time with us and nothing was to much to ask. Even after the appointment, she took the time to show us both how to clean our teeth to ensure they stayed white and shinny. She answered all our questions. I will definitely be seeing Nicola regularly for now on. Thanks Nicola. You made two very nervous patients very relaxed and happy!
