The Endodontic Practice

I have had an excellent experience with this practice. I was referred for a root canal treatment by my dentist and I was able to get an appointment very quickly (could have been next day but I was unavailable!) The service was excellent from the get go. Karen on reception rang me and was very polite and friendly. When I arrived for my appointment, I had some anxieties over the impending treatment and she was kind to me, friendly and reassuring and showed good knowledge of the procedure. The root canal was carried out by Mike Searle who was superb. He also was extremely friendly and reassuring and shared his own experiences with empathy and kindness. Mike made adaptions to suit my concerns over the treatment and made it as calming as it could have been for me. He clearly explained what he was doing and why and was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic and thank the team for the patience, professionalism and kindness they showed me.

Awful! Was referred here by my dentist for a possible root canal. The receptionist was quite nice but the dentist and the nurse were cold, clinical and not very friendly or welcoming. I was called in to the dentist room and he poked and prodded around my infected tooth which was really quite painful. He then told me that he couldn’t do the root canal and that I would need the tooth removed. I was in and out in 5 minutes and charged £125!! I would never go back here again or recommend this service. Their ‘bedside’ manner is awful 😢

Terrible toothache was confirmed as a cracked molar. I had root canal treatment with Mike, lucky to see him the same day. Honestly surprised at how little the root canal hurt. My pain stopped and recovery was quick and relatively painless (well much less than my toothache before!) Highly recommended

I had my root canal treatment today with Alan and his dental nurse Tara. They were both amazing, professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. No pain and done quicker than I though!!

I have to say that my experience at this practice was not very good. The receptionist was very friendly but I was quite nervous about the procedure and neither the endodontist or the nurse were warm in my arrival. I think the nurse didn't even say good morning to me making it all feel very cold and unwelcoming. I panicked even more when he put anaesthetic as it was terribly painful and he started the procedure as I was still feeling the pain. I pushed through with tears in my eyes and I will never come back here. The procedure was quick but the whole experience felt like they were just making more and more money. A number.

I have had two root canal treatments with Michael and both times he has made me feel completely at ease. Quick and painless procedure. The reception team are also lovely and very helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I have to say I was worried about having root canal treatment. The service I received from Michael and his team was top class, and my worries quickly disappeared. The treatment was carried out very quickly and was absolutely pain free. This has to be the best dental treatment I have ever had, my full recommendation and thanks to The Endodontic Practice.
