Ice Dental came highly recommended to us by a good friend and we can recommend them equally as highly. Upon entering the clinic the atmosphere is cordial and the reception readily recognizes you with a personal greeting. Waiting is relaxed and the climate control, be it hot or cold outside, is always just right. There is Wi-Fi to support your digital device. Little but gentle details to enable patients, new or old, to settle and be in the best frame of mind to meet the dentist. The entire staff are highly skilled and experienced and provide an excellent standard of care and treatment whether it be a routine cleaning, check-up or more involved procedures such as implants or cosmetic enhancements for example. The efficiency of the administration assures that you can set the right appointments with polite reminders and readily assists if a re-scheduling is needed. The dentist for many is an anxious but necessary event. Ice Dental provides a service that is tailored to each patient with an empathetic focus and of the highest quality treatments and care. From our experience with Ice Dental a Five Stars rating is heartily deserved.

I have received excellent treatment and care from Dimitrios who fitted a successful implant in a tricky area so I will now not have to live with an unsightly space. I visit Emma (hygienist) regularly for care of my gums and she is so kind and gentle with her procedures. I am now never afraid of visiting the practice after some poor experiences at the dentist when I was a child. I really need to mention the lovely receptionists also, especially Sarah who is kind and reassuring. You all answer calls quickly too. Thank you Carolyn Connor

Ice Dental & Implant Centre provides a professional and compassionate dental service in a calm and relaxed environment. The reception team are welcoming and helpful and go out of their way to be supportive both in person and on the telephone. Dr Chris Watkin is an outstanding dentist who is also friendly, kind, and able to put anxious patients, like myself, at ease. Emma-Louise is a first class dental hygienist who is thorough and also ensures her patients are comfortable and pain-free throughout her treatment. Dr Dimitrios Stougiannos has provided my dental implant surgery and has always found the time to listen to my concerns, carefully explain the process, and offer solutions and options. Dr Dimitrios, Dental Nurse Anya, and the team have supported me throughout the dental implant process with care, patience and kindness, and this has included providing aftercare and follow-up telephones. I am so pleased with the results, which are amazing, and I hope to have further implant surgery in the future. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough as the whole team work together to provide a five star dental service.
