Kaye and Rafferty Dental Practice - Dentist Worksop

Generally very happy with Kaye & Rafferty's service. Extremely high standard of dental work and care. Dentists usually thoughtful, professional, and caring. Could use slightly better admin sometimes e.g. I don't see the need to fill out "patient portal" health forms for every single visit. On the whole I'd recommend.

My hygienist, dentist and dental nurse are the best I have ever had - very friendly, professional and thorough. However , I do not like the new up-dated check-in service. I didn’t have a problem myself, but my husband struggles with technology, so asked the receptionist to check him in. The receptionist forgot to do this, so my husband was sat waiting an hour and missed his dental appointment.

On time with appointment very friendly at reception Carrie dentist absolutely brilliant made to feel at ease as I'm not the best of patient at the dentist get very worked up sometimes but this didn't happen made to feel relaxed 😀

10/10 experience with Emma Clark. Booked a hygiene appointment, one that I haven’t had in a long time. She was so gentle and kind. Just brilliant

Good experience, everyone were polite and friendly. Pricing was fair. If/when I need more work doing I will definitely be visiting this dental practice.

Cancelled my appointment then blamed me!! Today I arrived 3 minutes late for my appointment queued a further 2 minutes to register my arrival, was left waiting 15 minutes in the waiting room to be told by the unfortunate receptionist that because was 5 minutes late the dentist would not see me and I must reschedule. I then stood at reception as they cancelled all four of my ten minute treatment appointments in March and offered me a first appointment in 10 weeks. I was frustrated and felt not a little ashamed that my tardiness meant i would struggle to eat for another three months. What i hadn't spotted was they had actually sent me a text 2 hours before my appointment informing me they had CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT 2 HOURS EARLIER.

Anna and kat was so understanding of my fear of needles and the procedure..really helped me and reassured me during my extraction. Thankyou so much ....also smooth booking online as had to get emergency booking due to the pain ...
