Kerrypark Dental Practice

Joined the dental practice via the monthly payment plan. I joined in November and was told the earliest i could get an appointment for my first check up was in March. In that time i made 4 payments of £18.70. I then got lucky and a practice in Whitehaven was taking on NHS payments which i have registered at. I spoke to Kerry Park Dental to ask if i would be refunded the payments as i had not received any treatment or check ups. I was told i would not be entitled to the money back which i am really disappointed by. So basically paid £80 for a phone call!

Previous dental experiences, as a child and an adult, have made me an anxious patient. I wish I had experienced the level of care and expertise I experienced during my appointments with Andrew at Kerrypark much earlier in my dental history. Who knew dental appointments don’t have to be traumatic!

The Staff at Kerrypark dental are absolutely amazing. They are all very friendly, helpful and so accommodating to provide a service. The work carried out was to the very best highest standard. Really impressed with our first visit to Kerry Park. All staff were very helpful and really friendly. After a less than positive experience elsewhere our daughter was a bit nervous about her appointment, fortunately her experience at Kerry Park was the far better! Aside from the friendly staff, the facilities are very tidy and comfortable.

This place is revolutionary, innovative and modern. My new smile is life changing! A team of super friendly professionals who obviously love what they do. This shines in their customer service. My dentist, Lynne Ambler was superb. All my anxiety instantly calmed by the brilliant dental nurse. If you’re looking for a dental practice, this is the one. If you’re looking for a "perfect smile", this is where I got mine. On a personal level….don’t let anyone tell you there isn’t a God because there is and they call him JOHN WEDGWOOD!! Excellent dental practice. I’ve only been a patient at this practice since December 2022 but I have received nothing but 5 star treatment on the 4 occasions that I have attended. Andrew my dentist and Rachel my hygienist alongside her lovely assistant always make me feel welcomed, as do the receptionist, and I always leave feeling reassured considering that I suffer with dentophobia. I have had treatment and check ups from this practice and have no complaints at all. I always feel listened to and well advised on best practice and products to use on my teeth. The monthly practice plan is worth its weight in gold to assure me that I have regular check ups and hygienist appointments twice a year. Couldn’t recommend the practice highly enough.
