Cannot say enough good things about this dental group, what a difference a great dentist truly makes. Affordable and top dentists, I had my appointment with Aishwarya and she was so helpful and straight to the point, no shaming me for not having the best teeth as I have experienced many times with other practices. The reception team were absolutely fantastic and friendly also giving helpful advice and working to my needs to find me a very suitable appointment. 5 Stars 🌟

Imperial Dental Practice I had a fantastic experience with Mr Dang. He was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough throughout my treatment. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered excellent care from start to finish. I left feeling confident and well looked after. His assistant was kind, always checking I was ok. The receptionist team was exceptional, and gave me intelligent support to accommodate my visual impairment. I was so happy to be accepted as a NHS patient and amazed at the kindness, efficiency and quality of care. I cannot recommend imperial dental practic any higher. Thank you Highly recommended

Actual dental treatment was fine , no issues. But we waited over 40 minutes many people went in before us with appointment times after ours, we queried this and was told the dentist was running behind and they were trying to switch things round to allow us to get in for our appointment albeit late. Then we waited some more and other patients continued to go through. Eventually we were called through, both myself and my husband at the same time , when we had different appointment times. But worst of all there was not one apology from them for being so late , not reception, nurse or dentist. I totally understand there can be unforseen circumstances that cause a practionaire to run late, but surely somebody could have at least apologised. Very disappointed with customer service.

I’ve just had emergency treatment from Inga and her assistant, for someone who has a deep seated irrational fear of the Dentists, Inga went above and beyond to reassure me and settle my nerves, not forgetting with the help of her Assistant. Thank you both for a job well done.

Within three minutes of checking in with the receptionist at IDG, I was escorted to the dental surgery where Dr Hao Hsien and Nurse Rebecca set me at my ease with their kind words. My dental inspection was quickly completed and a fractured tooth was rebuilt and a cracked filling was repaired with no pain or discomfort. Having moved from a private dental practice to NHS at IDG, I was very pleasantly surprised when I came to pay for my treatment. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Always been a nervous patient but I needn't have worried... My dentist Dr Wang put me totally at ease listened to my concerns and offered advice in a very relaxed atmosphere. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you. 😊

An amazing experience from the initial phone call to being welcomed by the fantastic reception staff . Dr Hao-Hsien Wang is the most gentlest dentist i have ever seen. From a full check up to a relatively painless extraction(my choice)all in about 30 minutes and the relief afterwards.I can't thank you all enough will see you all soon
