Dentist Steve and Nurse Kate always give exceptional service. Professional yet friendly, reassuring and fantastic treatments - whether routine or cosmetic. Steve always explains clearly and takes time to discuss any concerns that I may have. I am always thrilled by the results.

Steven Thomas has been my dentist for more than 25 years. His skills are really outstanding. Both he and Kate (his dental nurse) are engaging and calming so I never dread a check-up or even an emergency repair. I could not recommend them more highly.

Warm welcome at reception and dealt with quickly. My dental assessment with Stephen Thomas went better than I could have hoped for and he gave my teeth a very thorough examination and took several xrays. After discussing his findings and suggestions we agreed on a treatment plan which I have every confidence in.

Today I had some work done on implants that were put in by Steve Thomas 20 years ago. Steve, ably assisted by Kate did a fantastic job giving my implanted teeth a new lease of life. The whole process from appointment booking to completion was accomplished most efficiently. Explanation of the procedure was communicated very clearly and I was put at ease by the friendly and considerate manner exhibited by Steve and Kate. Thanks both.

I had my regular check-up with Steve this morning, and as always, the experience was excellent. Steve is consistently professional, thorough, and reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed, which really helps put you at ease. Kate is equally wonderful — friendly, calm, and supportive. Together they make a great team, and you genuinely feel well looked after from the moment you walk in. I’m especially grateful not just for today’s appointment, but for the care and support they’ve provided over a long period of time. It makes such a difference knowing you’re in safe hands with people who truly care about their patients. Sam and Courtney are BRILLIANT! Absolutely Amazing individuals. Really Lovely, bubbly and kind, they put me at ease immediately when I felt nervous for my procedure today. I have been so nervous with medical procedures in the past, but they were both so wonderfully supportive, caring and have a wonderful sense of humour, which was just what I needed when I was feeing really anxious for my filling! They were both really informative and thorough with everything that was going to happen, and they explained everything about my treatment so well to me and what to expect. This meant I was able to relax and feel completely at ease with them and be myself! That is rare to find. An amazing team and duo- we even joked today that they should have their own double act !!! They are so funny and friendly and I honestly wouldn’t go to any other dentist now, the best dental care and service I have ever received. Outstanding, thank-you both so much!

I have had extensive implant surgery treatment carried out with Dr Steven Thomas. Naturally I was a bit nervous but having now finished my treatment there was no need to be. This was entirely due to the pleasant and informative way that Steve and his nurse Kate, acted. I felt no discomfort at all and I am over the moon with the results achieved. I would highly recommend this practice.
