She guides you with patience and shows you exactly how to look after your smile. Her assistant nurse, Fatima, was equally wonderful — professional, gentle, and always wearing a lovely, reassuring smile. Thank you both for such a warm and thoughtful service.

What an amazing dental team. My deepest thanks to the brilliant Dr Rita Mirchandani and her lovely nurse, Fatima, for taking such great care of me during an emergency dental situation. After an awful week of pain, Dr Mirchandani relieved it with a no-nonsense approach and a wonderfully reassuring bedside manner, which I truly appreciated. Dr Rita is so knowledgeable and caring. she did a wisdom tooth extraction for me and it was so quick! No pain no discomfort easy peasy lemon squeezey. she also has taught me how to look after my gums properly. So much love ❤️

I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision before booking an appointment. Unfortunately, my visits with Rita were consistently disappointing. On more than one occasion, appointments started late without any explanation or apology, which made the overall experience feel disorganised and frustrating. As a patient, you expect a basic level of respect for your time, and this was lacking. During treatment, I found the communication to be poor and the approach to feel rushed. I did not feel particularly at ease or reassured at any point, which is important in a dental setting where many patients may already feel anxious. A more patient-focused and considerate manner would have made a significant difference. I also felt that my concerns were not fully acknowledged, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. Clear communication and empathy are essential in healthcare, and this was not my experience here. On a positive note, the dental assistant, Fatima, was polite, professional, and helpful throughout, and contributed positively to the appointment. Overall, based on my experience, I would not choose to book with Rita again and would recommend others consider their options carefully when selecting a practitioner at this clinic.

I can’t thank Dr Rita and her nurse Fatima enough for their care and expertise when I needed an emergency tooth extraction. They showed kindness, compassion and provided a high standard of care to me. I have even conquered my fear of local anaesthetic thanks to them! Thank you for taking the time in your busy day, to fit me in and for making the whole experience as un traumatic as possible!!! Highly recommend - especially to nervous patients.

Can’t recommend this practice enough! I have just had another follow-up with Dr Rita Mirchandani and I have to say her advice was exactly what I needed to improve my oral hygiene and health. I learned that I was getting a lot of things wrong with how I was going about my dental routine and after applying the advice I got from her I have seen a great improvement in gum health in just a few months. Nurse Susrima was also lovely and helpful.

I was a new patient and managed to get signed up and a visit the next day. Rita and her assistant were very helpful and quickly identified the issues I had, and explained everything in detail. They educated me on my brush routine and what to use going forwards. Since visiting, my oral hygiene has improved greatly and I would highly recommend.
