I had an excellent experience at Woking Dental Care. After being in pain for a few days, I booked an emergency appointment and was told I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. As this was my first extraction, I was very nervous, but Dr Jacques Hugo was very professional, calm, and reassuring throughout. He regularly checked that I was okay and made me feel comfortable and safe during the procedure. The whole team at Woking Dental Care was welcoming and professional, and the practice was clean and well organised. Thank you to Dr Hugo and the team for such great care. I would highly recommend Woking Dental Care.

Really positive experience for my periodontal treatment with Dr Sam. I have always been an anxious dental patient, but my experience here completely changed that. The entire team was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout my visit. Dr Sam explained every step of the procedure beforehand, which immediately put my mind at ease.

This is the best dental practice in Surrey! I needed some urgent appointments this week due to complications with my Invisalign treatment (which I’ve been having at a different clinic). I saw Dr Niloofar who was lovely and so helpful. The receptionist Izzy is also an absolute credit to the team - her customer service has been outstanding.

I’ve had to have a lot of dental work- but - I’m am so happy to have experienced all of it at Woking Dental Care - I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I would like to mention Mary, the hygienist, Izzy, the receptionist, Carmen, the sedationist and Jacques, the dentist (what a great sense of humour he has!) all of the nurses were lovely too. Such a wonderful place and I truly thank you all for a very positive outcome.

I recently had a root canal treatment and composite fillings. I was rather apprehensive but both procedures were done with great professionalism and care. I experienced no discomfort. Dr Vekaria performed the root canal and Dr Hugo performed the composite restoration. Both Dr Vekaria and Dr Hugo made sure I was comfortable during their respective procedures, keeping me informed throughout, ensuring no pain or discomfort. The level of care, empathy and professionalism i received was outstanding across multiple visits and consultations. Prior to the treatment Dr Hugo had thoroughly explained the diagnosis with 3D x-ray and went through the treatment options available, giving me the confidence to proceed under his care. Came in for an appointment as I had a broken front tooth, was seen by Dr Hugo who made me feel at ease. I’m very grateful and pleased with this experience. Booking appointments was very easy and straightforward! Izzy at reception helped with the translation too. Would recommend!
