We received great customer service here from Triveni, and the other staff. Very courteous and professional from start to finish. My daughter needed new retainers. The receptionist found us a suitable appointment. She explained the cost clearly too. The scan was taken and the new retainers ready within the given time scale of a week. Wonderful service all round. Highly recommended.

Surprised by the 1 star reviews, as that doesn't match my experience in any way. My daughter received orthodontic treatment at this branch of Total Orthodontics over the last 2 years, and we found the treatment and customer service to be excellent. There is parking at the front and back that means it is usually easy to park at the practice. We never wait too long to be seen and the team continued to provide high quality service during the disruption caused by COVID 19.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, which was cancelled on the day by email because the orthodontist had looked at my daughters scans and felt her over crowding was too difficult for her to treat. Unbelievable. She refused to speak to me on the phone to discuss what the issue was. This is an orthodontist clearly only interested or capable of dealing with minor cosmetic cases. We are being treated elsewhere, avoid this place.

Very happy with orthodontic treatment received by my son and results achieved. Staff have always been very polite, helpful and happy to accommodate appointments outside school hours. Definitely recommend.

Horrible service. Unprofessional dentists and receptionists. Been to other dentist to be told that treatment I've done here was unnecessary
