Bupa Dental Care Windsor

My daughter had to have 4 extractions over a period of 2 weeks. The care , professionalism and understanding the team showed to her was exceptional. Always making sure my daughter was ok. Firm and fair to get the job done. You know you are in excellent hands. Thank you all.

One of the dentists cannot do enough for you, Rebecca is fantastic. The other lady is rude and lazy, always trying to get out of doing the work ‘ let’s make the next appointment in 8 weeks’ when 4-6 weeks was agreed. Then… ‘ if you get the review letter from the hospital I won’t have to do anything with your braces’. She even blamed my daughter for the chain on her teeth not working stating’as you didn’t have general anaesthetic maybe they couldn’t do their work properly .’ I mean what??? Sorry??? Disgusting.

Had my braces since October 2023 now. They always delay my braces checkup which is meant to be every 6-8 weeks. Which is now every 11 weeks. And when im due for an appointment the orthodontist has called in sick and it gets pushed back 3 weeks. So i basically have to wait 3 months to get my wire tightened and colour changed. Absolutely appalling I DO NOT RECCOMEND COMING HERE.

Super satisfied and pleased with the place. Walk in and you're being well taken care of by friendly and professional people from the very start. I had to book in an emergency treatment. I was looked after by doctor Ioanna. I've never known such a gentle dentist. Not only she explained to me what was happening and possible cause, but the treatment itself was fairly quick and, to my surprise - painless, comparing to my previous experiences with other dentist. So, doctor Ioanna thank you and thanks to all the staff at Bupa Dental Care Windsor. You guys are the awesome!

I visited this clinic for a cavity filling and was extremely nervous due to my fear of needles. Dr. Nadeem Riaz reassured me throughout the procedure, made me feel completely comfortable, and carried out the treatment with great care and ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nadeem Riaz for his excellent work and compassionate approach.

Best service ever. Would highly recommend. The receptionists are lovely and helpful and my orthodontist GB is always a pleasure very friendly and chatty makes the appointment fly.

Worst orthodontist I've ever been to. They keep cancelling and delaying my appointments. Just showed up for my appointment on the 26th of January 2.45pm. And they told us that apparently the appointment is cancelled? We had 0 notice with the cancellation and we travelled all the way here for no reason. My daughters last braces appointment was in November. Her next one is in February. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend coming here !!!
