Egham Dental Care Implant and Cosmetic Centre

On Friday 19 June I contacted this clinic at 15:15 via their WhatsApp number regarding a possible dental emergency appointment. They replied one hour later stating "we do not work over the weekend. I can aim to book you in on Monday however would recommend to see if you can see anyone earlier." I replied "If you have an appointment for Monday I would take it" My message was read (blue ticks) on WhatsApp but they never replied. Very unprofessional and I certainly won’t be contacting this clinic again.

I would highly recommend this dental practice, My routine check up by Dr Jatin Patel and nurse Honda was very thorough and straightforward. They even took a photo of the roof of my mouth to monitor. I had a very pleasant time with the Hygienist, Klaudia, who was very polite and gentle while giving my teeth and gums a good clean.

Great friendly receptionists. Very friendly and understanding dentists. I hate needles and they know it. They now a way of injecting me in a way that I don't even know it's happening! Magic!.

I was seen as an emergency today, fitted in last minute thanks to Priti. I was seen by my own dentist Kiran who has an amazing calm manner and I trust her completely. Having been very nervous of the dentist I am now happy to get issues sorted quickly.

I have been visiting Egham Dental Care for my regular hygienist appointments with Darren and have always been very impressed with the service. Darren is incredibly thorough, professional, and has a very friendly and reassuring manner which makes the experience pleasant. I was, as always, very pleased with the results from my recent visit. The reason for giving four stars instead of five is the significant price increase I was informed of for my next appointment. I was advised that the cost for the same visit would be rising by over 60% in six months' time. A price hike of this magnitude hugely outweighs the current rate of UK inflation and, for me, pushes the service into a new bracket of expense. Unfortunately, this new price point means I can no longer afford to continue with my appointments here. It's a real shame, as the quality of care provided by Darren is excellent, but the new cost is simply not sustainable for me. I'm disappointed that I will have to find an alternative for my future dental hygiene needs.

Had to come here for an emergency appointment. Their team is so responsive and kind and the dentist did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Needed an implant after a crown failed due to old age. From the first moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and reassured. Im very anxious about visiting the dentist. They did everything to make sure I felt as little pain as possible. Every step was explained to me and I can't fault the process one bit. I almost enjoyed having the implant done, i'm certainly happy with the outcome. Having an implant is a long process but the team did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. Highly recommend these guys for any dental work you need. They go the extra mile
