I was referred a few years ago when I had some severe gum issues. Windsor Dental Specialists were great. Super professional and a pleasure to deal with. More recently, after a couple of years of Covid lockdown and neglect, I got into more bother with my gums. My periodontist at my new dentist recommended removal of 6 teeth. I remembered Windsor Dental Specialists, so lovely that they also remembered me, I lost one tooth. That was 18 months ago and my gums are in a great state. I was mortified at the thought of losing 6 teeth. The work that Windsor Dental Specialists have done, together with their warm and professional approach has kept me motivated to maintain good gums. If I could rate them higher than the 5 stars I would. Totally brilliant on so many levels.
Wanted to say a few words regarding my experience at Dental Specialist Windsor. From the first consultation to the treatment that I received was a fantastic experience. I was extremely anxious about having the treatment done. Hiten "Specialist Periodontist" picked up on how I was feeling, and within a few minutes he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Hiten answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Both Hiten and Aman "specialist nurse" were not only very professional and friendly, but understood my needs on a personal level... I would definitely recommend them...
So today I visited Dental Specialists Windsor and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the experience and care I received. Dr Hiten explained everything so clearly and answered every question and concern that was on my mind. I’ve have visited other hygienist to get cleaning work done but this time the procedure was carried out with great detail, care and precision. Dr Hiten and his Dental Assistant Alex were absolutely amazing I have never received oral care or advice of this standard in the 30 years of going to dentists. I have to say a 5 star rating is by far not enough. I’ll be re visiting again in the future. I feel like my teeth are better than brand new. Thanks again Alex and Hiten. 😊👍🏻👍🏻
