Always an excellent experience. Sue is so calm and gentle, making sure you feel comfortable while delivering a brilliant service. Jon is very efficient and makes sure your visit is well-planned and runs smoothly. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the practice.

They chose to go fully private right as the cost of living crisis kicked in, making the place unaffordable for normal families. We now can't find anywhere that will see our three boys in under a year. Things were tricky enough without this additional problem. It's a real shame as Sue in particular is a fantastic dentist and great with autistic / highly-sensitive kids.

I have been a customer here for many years. The atmosphere is calm and reassuring, and the care is efficient. I can only imagine that the recent low scoring reviews are because of delays due to COVID, because I have never had the problems they mention.

I've been a patient with them for decades but just had to deal with their rude unhelpful receptionist who enjoys the power trip of not letting you know when you can book a checkup. Shame as it is a good dentist but ruined by one bad staff member.

Im new to the area on a tempory working contract. After ringing around and being told by some dental surgurys the wait was up to 3 months...i rang st.cross as a new patient enquiry and spoke to John who fitted me in for this monday (3 days from now). Brilliant 🙂

I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist - lovely staff, quick appointments and really helped with decisions about future treatments. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
