Dr Ioana Felecan has been amazing- after a bad experience/treatment from a previous dentist, she has completely restored my confidence in my teeth and demonstrated the importance of having a good dentist. She is so kind, understanding and always explains what she is doing with such care. She ensures you are as involved in the decisions as possible and always offers the chance the discuss things or any questions through. My teeth look and feel great after treatment and I am so pleased to have Dr Ioana as my dentist!

I had teeth whitening done with Dr Felecan in the lead-up to my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, the care and attention before, during, and after the treatment really stood out and made me feel completely at ease. A special mention to Sanya and Binita who have looked after me for some time now and carried out several repairs to my teeth with care and the minimum of discomfort. Her assistant Binita has a lovely manner, conducive to a very good experience while sitting in the dentist chair. Bupa has a fantastic team of dentists who are professional, caring, and attentive. They always put their patients safety first and take the time to listen and address any concerns, whether it’s for treatment or advice. We had an unexpected dental emergency with my mum on 31st December, when almost everything was closed, and we cannot thank Bupa Dental Care enough for seeing us at such short notice. Dentist Sanya was calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring, explaining everything clearly and treating my mum with great care. Nurse Victoria was kind and attentive throughout, and Nate at reception went above and beyond to help us when we had very limited options.
