Had an emergency filling with Amir today, assisted by his nurse Joyti 💫 Excellent experience from start to finish. Amir was incredibly gentle, professional, and detail-oriented. Joyti was kind and supportive, and together they made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend! Fabulous team!!! The receptionists are the best 🥰— thank you so much for squeezing me in at short notice. You are all just fantastic!

Nick and Mohammed are fantastic! They always make me feel comfortable about going to the dentist. Nick is a true professional and a very hard-working dentist who clearly cares about his patients and their results. I’m currently doing Invisalign and I’m so excited to see the end result! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care!

I have recently had implant treatment at Marlfield House and am delighted with the results. I had two missing molars and a third troublesome one, so was having difficulty eating the foods I enjoy most. Now having had three implants over the past year, done with the best attention and care, I am very happy with the results. My implant specialist, Ed Boursin, explained every stage in detail, answered my questions fully and honestly, and made the whole process feel manageable and smooth. The hygiene precautions surrounding the surgery part were outstanding, and I had full confidence in the process. Implants are not a cheap option, but I am very satisfied that they were the right choice for me. And being able to chew efficiently means I am enjoying meals again! I have had good advice regarding aftercare and am confident that they will last well. I thoroughly recommend this BUPA practice, and Ed Boursin if you are considering implant surgery.

The staff at this Dental practice are always very friendly and welcoming. The appointment system works very well and I have never had to wait any length of time to be seen. My dentist and hygienist are always cheerful and helpful with their knowledge and advice.I would not consider going anywhere else.There is great teamwork between all the staff and there is always a good atmosphere there.

Having been a patient here for nearly ten years, I'm disappointed to be leaving this review. A recent check-up cost £70 for ten minutes — told my teeth were fine, advised to floss, and that was it. An X-ray was then offered as an additional £25 on top, which feels like a basic diagnostic being used as an upsell rather than part of standard care. I have also been on the NHS waiting list for close to two years with no clear update. The care I received as an NHS patient was far superior to what I have experienced since being removed from the list and effectively forced into becoming a private patient. When I raised this at reception, I received conflicting information from two different members of staff — hardly reassuring. The appointment felt rushed and dismissive, and the fee structure does not reflect a practice that prioritises patient health over profit. Reluctantly, I won't be returning.

Once again Kendal and Claire have worked their magic making my teeth and gums feel truly clean and restored to their former glory . Kendal with her gentle precision works over the teeth and gums getting rid of the bad stuff whilst Claire follows through with her air and water tools clearing it away . With no judgement they both offer helpful advice on how to improve routine dental hygiene and I always leave empowered and motivated to maintain their sterling work. I recommend wholeheartedly, thank you both .

I came in today needing a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and needed two fillings and was quite nervous going into it like most. Dentist Nick Kazem and dental nurse Anu were excellent and made me feel completely at ease and were very professional. They managed to do everything efficiently and with care. Great communication, expert dentistry and I will definitely come back!! Highly recommend!
